Resception some staffs very nice and frindley
But breakfast staffs is bloody rude especially short black hair lady. Her service need to be improve . she is most of the day in the morning breakfast resturent

The food was really poor. Not enough variety for a 3 star hotel.

Unfortunately the stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing. The room was nice and modern but the amenities were disappointing as there were barely enough towels in the room and safe usage was charged extra. It also seemed like the room was not really cleaned by houskeeping and sheets and towels haven't been changed during our stay. The staff was also not overly friendly or welcoming, we found a coackroach in our room and nobody really seemed to care. Positives are the view and pool area which was also not overly busy during our stay.

Loved the layout of this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and lovely spacious room. The pools were glorious.
One issue was the amount of plastic and lack of recycling- I saw tins and plastics all in the bins together and plastic straws still being used. This is not sustainable anymore and needs to be changed.

Having a room with the best view was the best. Hotel staff was friendly and pool area was perfect. Had a great stay and would stay there again.
