Come relax at the Domaine de Saint-Martin in a beautiful green setting at the foot of the Côtes Roannaises.
The fully independent rental part has a road access. A rise of spiral staircase provides access to the sleeping area, equipped with shower, toilet, and 90 140 beds and offers a beautiful view of the park.
You can park your vehicles on the town square or in the property.
In addition to accommodation very comfortable, outdoor constitute the main attraction of the area:
The old shady park includes many old trees including a set of chestnut surrounding petanque, especially if a beautiful three centuries. You will also find many shrubs (lilac, wisteria) and many fleurs(roses,iris,tulipes,glaieuls,dahlias,oeillets,bougainvillées,célosis,géraniums,sundavilles,impatiences,etc...) and a fountain, a small decorative wells, stone benches, a children's cabin. All walkways are lined with white stone gardens.
After a swim in the pool or spa you can enjoy sunbathing in the new garden which is also very flowery and offers a wide view over the surrounding countryside. Just as in the old one will disturb you park here: The whole garden is surrounded by a fenced hawthorn hedge and large majestic oaks.
At night you can enjoy outdoor illuminations: backlit illumination of facades and garden.

Maginifique domaine, très bien équipé

Le domaine est magnifique et fidèle aux photos. Il est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable, en profitant des différentes activités et du superbe espace du salon/cuisine/terrasse extérieur. Seule la disposition des chambres (pas visible sur les photos) n'est pas optimale. Le propriétaire a été très réactif en amont du séjour, et très gentil.

MAGNIFIQUE !

Endroit superbe;idéal pour la détente et le repos...Rien à dire sur le logement qui était conforme et propre;le ménage avait été fait à l 'entrée et on a pris l'option en sortie ce qui est bien pratique...La femme de ménage est sympa... Le niveau d'équipement est très bon,il y a deux piscines dont une vraiment très grande et un spa juste à côté...Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et très fleuris,et le Parc est splendide:Une fois qu'on y est on a plus envie de repartir!!! Bon on est quand même sorti pour aller aux restaurants de la région qui sont excellents et abordables,surtout celui de Renaison à trois ou quatre kilomètres ,mais aussi dans toute la côte roannaise(Ambiele,st-Alban) et pleins d'autres a Roanne.C'est vraiment le paradis des gastronomes car on trouve aussi des produits locaux délicieux (charcuterie,fromages,vin,etc). A Recommander vivement. On reviendra.

Séjour de rêve en pays Roannais

Sur les sites les photos sont souvent très séduisantes et quand le touriste arrive sur place il est parfois déçu...ET BIEN LA C'EST L'INVERSE:C'est encore mieux que sur le descriptif!... La location est propre et très bien entretenue, le niveau d'équipement est remarquable, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, la cuisine très pratique et bien équipée comporte une partie cuisson isolée, la suite située à part dans un ancien pigeonnier est grande et très agréable , le salon est vaste, etc...bref , ici il y a de la place et l'on respire! Quant au Parc , il est vraiment superbe: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la partie ombragée avec ses grands arbres , ses nombreux massifs de fleurs, tandis que la partie "moderne" très ensoleillée offre une très grande cuisine extérieure équipée(!!) ,2 piscines (!!), 2 terrasses (!!),un spa, et une aire de jeux complète pour enfants… Le propriétaire très gentil nous a bien renseigné… La personne à l'accueil (la femme de ménage?) est aussi très sympa... Et les alentours? Ils sont tout aussi charmants que l'endroit. A noter deux très jolis villages (Ambierle et le Crozet) qu'il ne faut pas manquer et toute la « Côte roannaise » qui est très agréable. Nous sommes enchantés et conseillons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour au calme dans un cadre magnifique.

Super Séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre copains. La maison est vraiment clean et super équipée. On a pu faire la fête comme on voulait. C'est très grand,il y a de la place,le parc est totalement clos. On s'est éclatés. Les enfants se sont super amusés. ce gîte est super génial.

Vacances en famille

Location conforme au descriptif et idéale pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Grâce aux 3 chambres spacieuses, chacun des membres peut profiter de son intimité. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Le parc est effectivement très joli et occupé par des petits habitants agréables à observer: écureuils, hérissons, chouettes... La piscine permet aux enfants de s'amuser en toute sécurité. Pour les commerces, vous trouverez ce qu'il vous faut à Renaison, village situé à quelques kilomètres du gîte. Les propriétaires sont agréables et disponibles. La région est très jolie et nous vous conseillons de visiter le Crozet, village médiéval qui nous a enchanté. Merci à vous pour cette semaine où toute la famille a pu se ressourcer en toute tranquilité!
