Overall, it was okay. I responded to a text about the cleanliness in haste, giving it 5 stars when it should have been about a 3. It looked clean, but within an hour of walking around without shoes, my daughter's socks were black from the floors, so it wasn't as clean as I had thought. The light switch in the dining room was beyond hot (switchplate included) and we knew that wasn't normal, so we didn't use that room the remainder of our stay because we were afraid of a fire. That made eating our meals a little difficult, as we had to spread around the house to eat. We had to leave a day early because of a medical situation, and I sat on hold twice with Vacasa for over 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to tell them we were leaving early and to find out what we needed to do before leaving, but gave up both times and hung up when no one would answer my call.
