"The room smelt so bad! We couldn’t stay in it. I asked the front desk to put us in another room but she said that wasn’t possible because they were entirely booked. The front desk lady went up and sprayed the room with something but it didn’t remove the smell. I told her that we couldn’t stay there and we went to a neighboring hotel. "

"Good stay except went down for free breakfast around 8:30ish, no coffee and I think minimal food available. Was not going to wait around"

"Check in was great very friendly. Had trouble with our keys. I don’t know if was the keys or the doorlock. Had to have them redone twice. Great accommodations for service dog Right outside from our room on ground floor. Only disappointment was check out morning for breakfast. I was told person. Didn’t show for shift. Employee at desk apparently didn’t think they could make sure it was clean and refill things like fruit, bagels aready individually wrapped maybe not their job but sure word have been nice and better than people being angry. Otherwise nice trip there"

"The staff and the hotel are both consistently excellent. Not a big fan of the powdered scrambled eggs."

"The food was good. The rooms were wonderful. No elevator suggest the bottom level or your carrying your luggage and the key doesn’t want to work on the side door to get back in so you have to walk around to the front entrance. "

"Room was not cleaned until the day before we needed to leave, and when it was clean we had a hard time finding things that the cleaners had moved. Shower leaked, toilet clogged easily, some outlets did not function. Breakfast consisted of chewy sausage and watered down scrambled eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful tho."

"Worth the price, but sheets were stained the first day we got there, and towels were supposed to be white and had like a cream color to them as if they’re not washed properly or just super old."
