I stayed here once before and thought it was a fluke that the Room was not kept up on a daily basis. We were there for four nights this time , no one made the bed in 4 nights, took out the garbage etc. When we need clean towels, Toilet paper, soap whatever we had to go the office. The Room was clean when we arrived. They are compatibly priced with other nearby hotels and very convenient. I would probably stay again, if necessary. it's convenient and clean . The young man was Polite and friendly. It is just their policy

The guy at night was super nice, the room was actually very nice and clean however it smelled like straight up cigarettes. I guess you are allowed to smoke in there, but the room was nice. Now the people from the day were ass holes and rude we took 3 extra mins because we over slept and needed to get dress and omg it was the end of the world For then I guess

As cheap dives go -----, not one to relish

OK, so I've stayed in a lot of cheap places, but this one was really not worth it. It was a convenient location for me, but to get a cheap deal I paid for 7 nights in advance, which I came to regret. First of all, it wasn't *all* bad. Some things that were OK: the WiFi was good, the shower worked well, I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. Some things that were not so OK: nowhere at all to hang clothes (not only no wardrobe, no hooks on the doors); no bath mat; despite the fact that there was air conditioning and/or heating, after looking into the (filthy) vent I feared for Legionnaires disease if I turned on the unit; and, for 7 days, absolutely no room service ---- I bought my own supply of toilet paper (true, I could have asked the management, but decided that I'd rather spend the $2). Management was not really unhelpful, but not very welcoming. And, all in all considered, not really all that cheap.

A 2 star hotem.

Pretty much what the average rating is. Cheap hotel. That is about it. Wifi comes and goes. The mini fridge is not that cool, especially the freezer. They have an ice machine which helps. Do not reccomend for families with children. For a solo person it is decent. Quick check in. Free parking lot. Easy to locate. Very quiet and peaceful. It is what you would expect from a 2 star hotel.

Truly can't describe how bad this place is. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, one room had what we think was a fresh vomit stain on the floor (we moved the mattress to the floor to get away from the smell), and multiple people had bugs crawl on their faces in another room. I've never seen the point in staying anywhere but the cheapest place possible until I can here. The staff seemed very nice, they just know what type of place they're offering up I suppose.

definitely one of the worst places I've stayed

The hotel staff was rude the room was dirty the jacuzzi was filthy I had to clean it my self the bathroom had some kind of leak in roof the blankets on the bed had burns all over it supposed to be a non smoking room definitely will not stay there again

infested and trashy

nasty very horrible. bugs in the bath tub. towels were dirty. floor had ash marks everywhere. probably has bed bugs. I wouldn't pay anyone to you go there.

There was blood on the wall. The employee who checked me in asked for my address. When I asked why he needed that he got an attitude and told me he would no longer give me the room. I have him a fake address. He still had an attitude and then eventuly agreed to giving me the room with blood on the walls.

Disappointing

The Sky View is an older motel, somewhat updated. The bed/bedding were adequate. The bath towels seemed damp and extremely worn. No hand towels or face cloths were in evidence, nor a bath mat. Face cloths were provided reluctantly when requested at the office. The other guests were pretty quiet, which was good because the walls were thin. The strong points were a tavern nearby with tasty food and a neighborhood diner a little further.

If you make reservations make sure you have printed copy.When I tried to check in I was told he had nothing available.I gave him my proof and he was upset.Also bed was extra firm.

Not worth the nightly price

Not very appealing, Outdated "Motor Inn". Bathtub dirty, no soap, towels were like sand paper and very small. It was a very disappointing experience, do not be fooled when site says "nearly all booked only three rooms left" This place was quite empty and we almost drove away, if it was not for the fact that we spent an extra 3 hours on Route 495 through Worcester traffic jam (construction and accidents) we would have looked elsewhere.

Disgusting place

Never ever book this hotel, owner is very rude. I booked this hotel 3 weeks before memorial day, I got confirmation email but when I reached there he told that they are overbooked and have not room available. That's the most ridiculous thing you can hear on long weekend instead of planning way ahead and pay everything in full.

Nasty facility, nasty staff.

At check in I was given the wrong room, said something, it was fixed, but I was told I couldn't have a TV remote as someone stole it, and to use the buttons on the tv (which didn't work), ultimately I was given a remote, they actually had a pile of them behind the counter I could see the whole time. The room was dirty, the linens were old, the mattress was like a stiff slab. In the morning I was awakened by the maid pounding on the door to ask if I was staying another night, some time later she apparently finished the other rooms, and tried to throw me out before checkout time because I was the last room. I had to argue what time it was with the maid with a toothbrush hanging out of my mouth, and the phone with a giant clock in my hand. A few minutes later the phone started ringing off the hook as I was exiting. While I was putting my bag in my car, I had the angry looking manager approach me angrily/quickly demanding the key, I gave him that, and the remote. Just awful. They also don't plow the parking lot properly in the winter. I kind of want my money back.

Most money I've ever spent to stay in a dump

Spent 1 night for a business trip. This hotel was the only one in the area that had availability. All other hotels were crazy expensive e.g. $200-$300/night. This room was $130 including taxes. Cell service in the area was minimal; either non-existent or 1 bar and I have Verizon. Since it was "raining" there was no wifi either as I was informed upon check in with no apologies or discount. The room was small and dark, no convenient outlets, no clock, rusty curtain rod in the bathroom with no countertop space, leaky sink and missing drain plug top. Pillows were extremely thin, bed was hard. Wallpaper coming off the walls, wall mirror had trim peeling off. Air conditioner cord stretched to the limit to reach the outlet. Lobby had no breakfast at all. .no coffee, no nothing. Owners were not rude but certainly not congenial, friendly or helpful in any way. I wouldn't have been surprised if this was a $40/night hotel, but I've stayed in beautiful hotels for this price in much nicer areas. I don't understand the pricing and lack of availability. DON'T stay here unless you have no other choice. . .what a dump.

Worst Motel Ever. Avoid at all costs.

Don't get lured by low prices. Nothing is worth of anything here. 1. Wi-Fi doesn't work. 2. Toilets don't flush. 3. Cable is not working. 4. Smelly rooms. 5. Owner is so rude...he doesn't mind offending you right in your face and will run away inside. 6. If you call front desk he will hangup in jiffy.

Disappointed

Cancelled my reservation when i got there. The hot tub which was the reason for my stay was broken. Was willing to fix it in two weeks. Booked another hotel from car last minute. The room was run down anyway!! Would not try again.
