"Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and location was great with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Just note however that stairs are steep and narrow to the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. So if have mobility issues, may want to contact hotel to get a room on the first floor. "

"Pilgrim House is a super convenient location in the heart of “downtown” Ptown! Since we took an earlier ferry, we were accommodated with an early check in which was great! Since there was a drainage issue with the tub, we were offered an upgrade to a larger and nicer room - also great! Have to give a shout out to Jameson who from the time he arrived made our stay so stay so much better. He immediately brought us more towels and an extra pillow, shared dinning recommendations and also served up refreshing cocktails! Staff also provided us with beach towels and chairs! We tried the onsite restaurant which was excellent and there are many live entertainment options onsite, as well. All in all, a fantastic stay! "

"Had a really great time at this property with family. The staff was very charming and polite. Since this was my first time in the area the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in answering all the questions I had. The prices were a bit high for the size of the room, but I found out later it was a very busy week of the year so that may have explained the high prices for one night. "
