Luxury Villa Castello di Pietra with a private heated pool (40m2) is located in the fairytale town of Pucisca on the island of Brac. It is only 300 m away from the sea and pebble beaches, 21 km from the famous tourist town of Bol, and 27 km from Supetar.

Luxury Villa Castello di Pietra covers an area of 320 m2 of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 35,000 m2, of which 3,000 m2 is fully furnished. The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor that is connected by external stairs.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and an indoor fireplace for a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Part of this floor is occupied by two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds while one has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the other a private bathroom with a shower. A special feature of this floor is the gym room so that guests can continue their recreational activities. Also, in this part, there is an equipped laundry room.


The first floor of Villa Castello di Pietra is reached by external stairs. This floor is occupied by a living room with a sofa and a TV with sliding walls that offer a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding nature. The kitchen and dining area are also part of the floor. The entrance hall separates three bedrooms, two of which have an en suite bathroom with a shower and one a private bathroom with a shower.
