Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr schön und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte waren die freundlichsten Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Lage an der Playa Jardin hat uns gutgefallen. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und desinteressiert bis unfreundlich. Als AI-Gäste haben wir uns zeitweise regelrecht unerwünscht gefühlt. Das Essen war okay, die Auswahl recht groß. Allerdings wirke es wenig hochwertig, war lieblos angerichtet und oft kalt. In allen Bereichen des Hotels war es sehr laut. Das Abendprogramm nebst Höllenlärm veranlasste uns zur Flucht an den Strand mit Getränken aus dem nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Am Pool waren die meisten Liegen dauerreserviert, es war extrem laut und unruhig und an drei Tagen war der Pool komplett gesperrt. Wir konnten den Pool nicht einmal nutzen. My Favorite Club ist ein Witz. Die sogenannten Snacks in der ungemütlichen Lounge waren schlechter als die AI-Snacks in der Poolbar. Immerhin lagen die Plätze im Speiseraum etwas ruhiger und der Willkommens Sekt war okay. Bei der Abreise ergatterten wir immerhin drei Wörter des Rezeptionisten: "Room Number" vor und "okay" nach Auslesen der Zimmerkarte. Keine Frage nach der Zufriedenheit, kein Adios, gar nichts. Ein Lächeln haben wir schon gar nicht mehr erwartet. Das Hotel ist gut geeignet für lärmresistente Gäste, die wenig Wert auf Freundlichkeit oder ansatzweise angemessene Umgangsformen bei anderen Gästen legen.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr unkompliziertes Haus und mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

El hotel fue buscado por una urgencia...... Hotel muy anticuado en general. Sólo probé el desayuno y está normal. Muy MALA EXPERIENCIA con el personal de limpieza de la habitación. Tocaron en la puerta a las 8:40 de la mañana y sin esperar tras 5 segundos abrieron la puerta. Le pedí amablemente una explicación del hecho y dice que era para saber si estaba libre, le comenté que para eso está recepción quien puede informarles y en vez de pedir disculpas solo se basaron en excusarse. Servicio pésimo. Hotel muy anticuado.

La habitación bien, las instalaciones del hotel bien, la comida buena. Como punto negativo, los cabezales de la cama no eran nada cómodos para estar apoyados, heche en falta un vaso, aunque fuese plástico en el baño, pero en general, todo muy bien y repetiría otra vez

Buen hotel con pequeñas deficiencias

Lo mejor: el rápido check-in, su situación, el buffet i las instalaciones en general. Lo peor: el tamaño de la televisión de la habitación, que no disponga de Wi-Fi gratuita y... la cortina de la bañera (pongan una mampara!!!)

fin de semana de amigas y relax

La estancia fue bien, tranquila y agradable, con las nuevas medidas estamos todos un poco perdidos pero fue todo bien. Si tuviera que decir algo es que el tema del restaurante, hay pocas personas sirviendo y esto hace que exista mucha cola y la gente se desmadre, dan aproximadamente una hora y cuarto para las comidas y es imposible con tan poca gente sirviendo. saludos.

El hotel requiere una actualización del mobiliario, pese a esto decir que el trato ha sido exquisito, hemos tenido un priblemilla con la habitación, que han solucionado de forma inmediata, ofreciéndonos otra habitación, y ofreciéndonos disculpas en una carta, y con un detalle que se agradece, sobre todo por el gesto. Las medidas con el COVID son bastante buenas. En general muy satisfecho, volvería sin duda.

El personal excelente muy atento y profesional. Un pero es que algunas habitaciones los baños tenían que reformarlos ya que están sin renovar y por ejemplo una cosa básica y sin gran cuantía como una alcachofa de la ducha no la han cambiado en años.

Horrible food

Staff ok, taking this Covid thing very seriously, cleaning continuously. Rooms ok, big enough. The worst ever hotel food wise. I’m not fussy, I eat everything. They should immediately sack the chef. I can do better cooking, and i can’t do a boil egg. Guys, it’s horrible; same food in the morning, lunch and evening. I feel gutted for this review, staff don’t deserve it but horrible food. Please just bed&breakfast not all inclusive. Never, ever ever ever will be returning

Czysto i przyjemnie

Przyjemny hotel. Lata swojej świetności ma już z pewnością za sobą jednak daje radę. Dobrze rozwiązana kwestia posiłków. Czysto i przyjemnie. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Obok hotelu darmowe miejsce do parkowania.

NUEVA ETAPA

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El personal muy atento y cumpliendo con las medidas de seguridad, si es cierto que como no está al 100 por 100, se les escapa algo, como en la piscina si alguien no cumplía las normas no había nadie para comentárselo. Las habitaciones limpias pero les falta renovar mobiliario, y la comida muy buena pero un poco escasa. En general me he sentido muy cómoda en estas circunstancias tan especiales. Un 10 para ustedes por empezar esta nueva etapa. MUCHA SUERTE

La verdad es que para tener 4* es muy viejo y muebles muy antiguos tenía una bañera con hidromasaje que no funcionaba y de las tuberías salía porquería solo había una almohada muy delgaday el desayuno y la comida en comparación con el anterior hotel en el que estuvimos era de una calidad inferior, lo mejor de todo el personal de comedor era muy atento y servicial
