"Service was great and the layout was great. There was a short haired lady the worked at the Spice restaurant. Watch out for her, she is rude and makes things unenjoyable. It seemed, from our experience, that her only job was to try and sell the upcharge tequila and Saki for Spice. Which is fine, but her attitude and tone of voice almost make you want to find a different restaurant. All other staff and chefs at the restaurant were very friendly. We didn't let her ruin our vacation. She was the only issue we encountered while at this lovely relaxing resort. We would definitly go back. "

"The customer service and hospitality was top-notch! Our conceriege, Liza, was extremely helpful - made our dinner reservations and reminded us daily. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire resort and the peaceful laidback atmosphere. Just a quick 5-7 min taxi ride to the Puerto Morelos town square where you can walk among the shops, enjoy ice cream, and do some souvenir shopping."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Indigo Preferred section of the property. We especially enjoyed the Indigo Preferred rooftop pool. We did not like the Preferred level pool as much as it was back off the beach and there was no breeze. Food overall was very good and we never had to wait long for a table. The Preferred Lounge area was a great place to go for bites to eat from morning to night and had a nice bar. We would definitely visit this resort again."
