Rooms are nothing fancy but they’re spacious and clean. The beach is the selling feature for this hotel. No crowds, calm waves, beautiful sunsets.

Staff were nice especially Rosa. But almost every night there's Loud guests, having karaoke nights. Barking dogs at night. One night someone mistakenly knocked on our door. Supposed to stay 7 nights but couldn't last longer until the 5th night. We had to leave and booked at a different hotel. Location was bad. Wifi in room is very bad. Uber always having a difficult time getting there. No bueno!

Me and my family absolutely loved this place, it was such sad news when they told us at the front desk that they are demolishing this place to build a new tower with luxury appartments just like the rest by the first of May, it's one of the few places left in the bay where they still keep this concept front beach and the added value of it vs the new tower developments, the essence of staying in Bucerías is getting lost with the new luxury towers that are being built all over Bahía de Banderas, rustic, cozy, the front beach bungalows are simply fantastic, the balcony was amazing, we had incredible times with our family and friends in this place and we're sad that they decided to sell the land to demolish instead of remodeling and enhancing the existing concept with pricing adjustment to replicate what every other new development is doing, thank you for the awesome times provided in this magical place.

You get what you pay for. Which is fine, but the place could do with a little bit of love. There isn't even a kettle or cups in the room. No decoration at all. It is incredibly noisy due to all the construction around the area. The room is big and spacious and the ac works. That is pretty much the only positives I can think of.

A time worn property, but well cared for. Much construction in area, and i heard this property will be shut in the spring to make way for more luxury condos or higher end accommodations. Sad to lose a modest option on this beautiful beach.

Good and bad things: the view of the sea was a bit good, it had good space to rest, the space was very good, we had two rooms and two bathrooms like an apartment, the air conditioning did cool but it smelled very bad and humid, I think they don't give it service and the mattresses are the worst we have slept on, I think they are the same ones from when they built the rooms. My unit was # 222

The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected.

Tomando en cuenta que es un hotel viejito podemos encontrar varias anomalías como la TV que no funciona correctamente, hay muebles viejos regados en el exterior de la habitación, el restaurante está muy limitado, solo venden sncks, la habitación cuenta con lo mínimo necesario para pasar una buena noche, tiene aire, ventilador de techo y el colchón cumple con la comodidad necesaria, son aspectos que se pueden mejorar con un poquito de ganas tomando en cuenta que el costo también es bajo.

I rented a cheap room there it was in the back, I didn't like that the front door had a 2" gap from the bottom, I wasn't able to relax I was concerned of insects crawling under the dood, the room was clean however the bed was uncomfortable, outside the smell was horrible, I checked out as soon as I was able to book a different place I left even though I had 3 nights left.
