Imagine a beautiful room that comes with breakfast, internet and access to a water park with dolphins and a seal! It was incredible and the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great! Not the best coffee but still high rates overall!

Great Staff

Very nice hotel for access and quiet. Very friendly staff. Beds were a bit to firm for our backs. Great water slide area if sand flies were better controlled. Breakfast was good if you especially liked Mexican food daily.

I had to book here last minute as the original place I had booked did not have my reservation -it was canceled. This hotel was great for what I needed it for -as a place to sleep-nice sized room with a balcony that overlooked a pool.Brand new firm mattress provided a comfortable night of much needed rest.Thank you so much for the hospitality.

It was pretty good bed is not so comfy but just for a night especially to enjoy the water park was worth the value paid. Breakfast options small but still good being included. Wasnt too happy with brown water coming out of the bathroom sink everytime you turn it on but nonetheless would visit again.

The staff members! Elena was her name! We didn’t even get to check in or we didn’t even get a refund! So we just paid for a room that we weren’t able to sleep in or anything ! We barely stepped foot in there and they were super rude and wouldn’t give us a refund all over 2 bracelets
