Very much enjoyed this trip. The staff (starting with Emily) was top notch. Great service at the pool bar (Santana!). And honestly everyone we encountered. The room was nice. Room service was prompt. The pool is great. They set up the pool chairs with cushions and towels. The pool restaurant was great. And, the best part was the swim-up pool bar. Even though the wait staff was super attentive, it’s just so fun using the pool bar.

Villa La Estancia checked every box for us! From the moment we arrived, everything was handled exceptionally well. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was welcoming, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful, the pool and grounds were amazing, the food and drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what you want from a vacation. We traveled as a family, and everyone had a wonderful time. It’s not often that a hotel gets everything right, but Villa La Estancia really did. We left very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back again.

I hate to say it was not a Dimond Hotel Experience this time thus was our 2 nd time here. Restaurant service was very bad wait was 1 hr at El Patron and at the Italian restaurant. No staff available but seating available. Food was cold at El Patron 2 days in a row. The crepes place only 1 person to make crepes serve ice-cream they need help there at least 2 -3 people. wait over 1 1/2 hr. Over 10 people always in line waiting. Our excellent best service was at the pool side great service provided by Jesus, Angel, Ricardo at the ceviche place. Room was clean. 3 yrs ago service was great. Not anymore.

The grounds were spotless, the food was great (we did an all inclusive, which I would recommend) and the room was spacious (we had a two bedroom suite with balcony.)
