Beautiful, gated condo on the Atlantic Ocean with its own beach and large swimming pool. Quiet and safe, with a well-developed internal infrastructure. Spacious apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, spacious living room with WC. 45 minutes’ drive from Punta Cana airport. Pet Friendly.

Cozy and spacious designer apartment, equipped with everything you need for life. The main bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi. Free private Wi-Fi in the apartment and shared within the condo territory. Free parking space. All rooms have ceiling fans, and both bedrooms are air conditioned (the second A/C was recently installed so earlier reviews may state that only the master bedroom has air conditioning).

The kitchen is equipped with:

Not what we expected
Construction next door, so loud. 6-7 days a week. All the screens were torn, so close doors at dusk or bugs. Huge holes in master closet ceiling that leaked. Master bedroom only room with air conditioning so had to purchase a fan for spare bedroom, guest were sweating!! Toilets running or broke most of the time. Was told needed to wait for parts from Amazon. Six weeks there with no cleaning offered. I don’t mind doing my own cleaning but only supplies were a broken broom, mop from WWll. No hand towels or dish towels for kitchen. No wash clothes for bathroom. Microwave was dead when we arrived. Close all windows and doors at 5pm because the outside bug sprayer covers the entire complex with a thick blue cloud that set off my asthma. The WI-FI is pretty much non existent. My husband needed to do some computer work and was only able to get WI-FI about 30% of the time. We had to use our iPhone hot spot to get any consistent computer time.

Relaxing Stay
Honestly this was the most calming, relaxing, beautiful place I’ve stayed on vacation. The bed was so comfortable soon as you lay in it, it felt like you were sleeping on clouds. I loved that I was able to cook and do laundry if I needed too. Also it was near restaurants and the beach. It was quiet not too much traffic. The hosts were amazing and they were on top of any problems we had and I appreciate that. The part I loved the most was waking up to the sunset on the beach just from my balcony because you are that close. I felt right at home and safe. I am definitely coming back and I miss it already. Until next time.

This place is Amazing! The host was very communicative and responded to our requests immediately. The place is very spacious for our family group. Beautiful views! If you are looking for a quite place to relax with your family this is THE PLACE! The restaurant Castaways is literally on the sand, great food and drinks. Also the restaurant Mamii Chula is also amazing and affordable with great staff! If you do not mind the construction in the surrounding area which can be a soar to the eye if you look left lol this place is ideal! One thing I will complain about is a Jean covered rolling chair in the balcony, that everyone who sat in it fell either frontward or backward, Beware!! It would have been nice to have AC in the first room like in that master room. As it is extremely hot in the DR and the fan did not cut it. Thank goodness it rained the nights we stayed which made the first room a little more bearable to sleep in. Other than that the place is Fantastic! will definitely recommend and be back!! Thank you!!
