Reception staff are wonderful. My flight was delayed meaning it was after 1am when I arrived, and they could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Meeja (apologies if it is not spelt correctly, was very helpful the following morning too. The hotel is ideally suited for exploring Putney, and the surrounding area, close to the train and tube stations, and great bus routes. Will definitely stay again. Lovely balcony too with great views, fabulous wet room bathroom too. Loved the rainfall...
