"The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
