"This is an iconic hotel, beautifully maintained, in an outstanding location. The only fault I have is the extremely small room and bathroom especially considering the high price. Our "deluxe" river view room was so small it was difficult for two people to get around. The window is rather small and tucked near the corner of the room. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. "

"The hotel is good except for the inconvenient parking. There are many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. But the parking service wasted a lot of time, no one told us where the car was parked, and it took a long time for someone to come out, the car had to be parked in a public parking lot far away, and it took more than 10 minutes to walk with the suitcase, which was not very convenient. The hotel reception was very friendly."

"We loved this hotel which is in a superb location very close to Frontenac. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are several steps leading up to the entrance where the door opens outwards which is difficult to manoeuvre with a suitcase. There is a terrace on the top of the hotel where you can get good views. Would definitely recommend for the able bodied. "
