Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We were very pleased with our stay. It is only a few minutes walk to the tube station and walkable to the Tower of London and other sites. The staff was welcoming and professional. Our room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I would fully recommend. "
"Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔 "
"Nice room, small but comfortable, warm and quiet. Nice bathroom and good shower. Pity there are not electric outputs on both sides of the bed and that the folding bedside table in Room 140 is damaged "
"This is such a cute little place close to transport. I didn’t want to be in the city center, but close enough to see everything. The breakfast was the best! Get room toward the front of you don’t lie the ambient noise of the train. The rooftop garden was gorgeous. I’d stay here again for sure"
"The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Getting onto the train is literally at the door! It was the perfect location. "
"In our case, the service and front desk went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had an amazing trip—for that we are grateful.
Beyond that, the Wifi was exceptional, bedding perfect, AC actually worked (which is not the case in many 5star hotels in London), and most importantly the positioning next to the subway is the best!"
"We loved the water dispensers in the halls (sparkling or still)
Fun vibe and great cocktails ails in the lobby bar.
Overall rooms very spacious and clean. "
