"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "
"The house is exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean and has all the utensils for a great stay. The host is very kind and helped us with tips and everything we needed."

"Great hotel, super clean, high room quality. I would say it’s great for staying at if you need to be near the airport, not much on that side of the river though so if you are at something like the excel stay in the hotels that side of the river. Great view of the runway. "
"Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was good and reasonably priced. Plenty of public transport nearby. I had a single room which was very spacious and a full size bathroom. Bed was comfortable. At breakfast there was plenty of choice from the hot and cold items which were self service. I walked to the Royal Observatory through the park. I will definitely stay here again when visiting London as this place is a greaf find."
"I love the way the hotel looks like a cruise ship. The rooms look like cabins and are named after people they have helped around the world. It's in a lovely area, but so far away from the city, but great for the Excel and the O2 (via the new cable car). Lovely staff too!"
