- Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.

Great location for travel to Duke and downtown Durham. One point of improvement are the couch cushions, two of which smelled like someone ran a half-marathon then immediately sat down to rest for an hour.

Ok experience. Got there a little early. Owner seemed short and weird not very people oriented but overall the space is nice for a short stay. The shower was nice and hot so that’s a plus.

Duke visit

Clean, no odors, bed was average comfort. Grab bar in shower was loose and almost made me fall. Lock was unusual but function and no key to worry about. Decor was dated, an electric outlet didn't work. Ice maker worked good.

Great rental in Durham

Small 2 bedroom,1 bath was perfect for our 3 night stay. It was just 2 of us and our cat. Everything is new! And clean. One bedroom with a K and another with a Q and a small desk. My husband had a few questions right after we arrived and the owner responded immediately then came down and introduced herself.
