"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Early check in not provided even though I bought a high end room. Bathtub drain didn’t work. After the tub was full of water. The very nice and professional engineer fixed the mechanism but the drain was still very slow. Alternative room was at the back of the building instead of the view room with the malfunctioning drain.
