Wonderful stay for the second time
This is my second time staying at the resort, as always the staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent and everything was well maintained. Would highly recommend it and would for sure return.

Hotel bonito , mas não tem atividade alguma para ser feita . E’ um hotel para descansar somente. A comida tem bastante variedades , mas são enfadonhas e as bebidas são vendidas e bastante caras. Pelo preço não vale a pena .

We booked a garden room but upgraded to a private bungalow upon arrival which was quite a lot more ecoensive but absolutely worth it!!! With a private pool that connected to a series of smaller pools and well away from tge rest of the comunal areas. The hotel was busy due to a holiday weekend and so tgere were quite a few kids but still mostly couples and adults.

It was a very nice stay. However, they first put me in a very far away room at the building, without any view! So I had to talk to them about it, then, they moved me to a room closer to the pool. I also stayed at the bangalô, which was very nice but a little too dark. There wasn’t any screen door so I could not leave the door or windows opened. But overall it was a very nice experience. At the buffer, some waiters just ignored me! That wasn’t very nice. There was an amazing waiter who was extremely nice and friendly every time he saw me, his name I think is Fabiano ( short, overweight, green eyes) he was really kind. He always went the extra mile to help me. That was very nice. I will definitely go back there soon. My daughter didn’t want to leave! 😊

The paradise
The Nannai Resort SPA is my favorite place in the whole world. I would love to live there forever. Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff. Oh my...I wish I could stay more.

This is a lovely beach property. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to provide an amazing experience for their guests. The food was excellent.

Amazing place. Great for couples Heaven in recife .but the buffet is a little cheap. Only brasilians will appreciate it. Not for young adults or teens. Too calm.

Whilst not luxury by international standards we enjoyed the shallow bay and the spa treatments. Food was the most disappointing aspect and bathrooms would need updating.

Great looking set of individual chalets connected by swimming pools and channels - however, spoilt by some of them being dry.. Hugely overpriced. Great selection of food of mediocre quality and only passable taste. Overpriced bar, with light cheating (e.g. charging for chacaca gold and serving ordinary one) Useless internet

Embora o hotel tenha uma bela fachada, infelizmente, minha experiência não foi totalmente como eu esperava. Os quartos pareciam um pouco datados e me transportaram de volta no tempo, o que poderia ter sido um charme nostálgico, mas faltava o luxo confortável que eu esperava. O pessoal era geralmente amigável, especialmente no restaurante, onde realmente se esforçavam para oferecer um bom serviço. Infelizmente, em outras partes do hotel, faltava a mesma atenção aos detalhes. Na academia, me senti desconfortável com a conversa constante da equipe entre eles , que perturbava a privacidade e tranquilidade de quem estava malhando. Desnecessário alguém ficar lá olhando para vc. Apesar das minhas altas expectativas para este hotel, parecia que ele prosperava mais em sua reputação do que em hospitalidade e serviço reais. Espero que este feedback possa ajudar a melhorar a experiência geral para futuros hóspedes.

Esse resort é, na minha opinião, o MELHOR do Brasil. Estive nele há 15 anos e agora voltei. Surpreendente que está ainda melhor. O pessoa é extremamente simpático, as comidas são maravilhosas, o conforto é sem igual. Super indico.

Solicitei e me foi concedido um early check in; as refeições são muito saborosas; sempre foram oferecidos alguns quitutes/sorvetes/frutas por volta do horário do almoço; o chá da tarde servido de 17 às 18 hs, que pode "comprometer" o jantar; o atendimento sempre cordial dos funcionários.
