"We had a fantastic stay at Stay Cozy Apartments at The Encore in Birmingham. The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we needed. All the facilities were brilliant, and the location was fantastic, making it the perfect base for our stay. We couldn't fault the place and would happily stay again. Highly recommended"

"Just I want to say thanks again"

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was...

"Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites ."

"It was dirty, cheet bed and cover duvet not change and not cleaning. No towels. I am not recognised. We left after see bed not clean. "

"I would like a refund. Thus place is discusting we had to leave and could not complete our stay. Dirty sheets snot up the walls absolutely filthy bed was broken and someone banging our door constantly my daughter is still having nightmares"

"Great stay, would recommend"

"Conveniently located flat and great communication- the host was very accommodating and would highly recommend"

"The accommodation/facilities are in need of improvement/upgrade/repair. Microwave supplied (good) but no microwaveable cooking dishes; no suitable knives in the cutlery only sharp knives; can-opener would be useful; pots/pans comprised two frypans and one saucepan but no lid(s). Kitchen tap unit spins as you use it. Plug in sink does not seal - you had to run water continually to wash dishes. One kitchen light flickers then goes off - poor overall kitchen lighting. Fridge was off when we arrived...

"Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!"

"Lovely apartment in fantastic location with friendly staff"

"perfect."

"Spacious and clean, handy location for the town centre eateries, and dedicated parking included"

"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."
