"Nice hotel to stay for a night or two. Clean rooms,comfortable bed & pillows-good hot powerful shower with plenty of soaps,shampoos etc."

"Room nice and clean, shower room spotless with towels and linen lovely and clean. The only downside… mattress was thin and lumpy, definitely seen better days, and the fan come A/C in the room didn’t shift from 23 degrees over a 2 night stay, so if you open the window, try not to loose a fingers pressing the return latch in the frame..Reception area and staff all fabulous, so all in all, will certainly return."

"The room was clean and amazing as i stayed at the abbey room which is one of the penthouse which I highly highly recommend to stay at if you want a truly unforgettable experience and it was worth it . The room is spacious , bathroom was lush and the best part was the balcony view which had an amazing view . The only let down was there was only a few limited channels on the tv as it was outdated and couldn't connect my phone to the tv which was the only let down but me and my partner loved the whole stay , the room and there is parking which is great if you want a hotel with parking and it is free lots of spaces to park . Highly recommend to stay if you want to escape to the country side ."

"This Hotel is dated but very clean and tidy and the staff are all welcoming, accommodating and professional. For the price Point the hotel offers exceptional value for money in its location to the NEC and Vox Conference Centre's as well as Birmingham International airport. Food offering was varied and sensibly priced and the well stocked bar reasonably priced too. The Hotel has a gym centre swimming pool which although i did not get to use seemed very reasonable. Nice to see a hotel keeping the posttimes of a snooker / pool room and arcade games for some evening entertainment as well as ample space to relax and watch a match with a drink or two"
