"I stayed at the Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and comfortable my experience was. The property was clean, quiet, and only about 7 minutes from SFO with a complimentary shuttle that made getting to and from the airport stress-free. The free buffet breakfast was a nice touch—plenty of options and perfect before an early flight. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out seamless. My entire stay felt easy, well taken care of, and convenient. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable stay near SFO, this is a great choice. I’d definitely return. ✈️"

"The perfect combination of cosmopolitan and old fashioned comfort. A vanity area perfect for a quiet workspace, comfy bathrobes with a few mikes on them, a patio overlooking the pool, and Judy, an incredibly helpful concierge. Well located with several great breakfast spots close by."

"Location is great and the staff are friendly and very personable. This is truly a benefit as the hotel has undergone several ownership transitions since I started visiting about a decade ago. Facilities are undergoing renovation a floor at a time, so some rooms are better than others. However the restaurant is great, with seasonal menu changes, and the location adjacent to the lagoon has wildlife and nice walkability. "
