"When we arrived at the hotel, the guest checking in system was down. We decided to eat, instead of waiting in the lobby. When we returned from the restaurant our room was ready. The front staff had held our luggage and it was ready to go to the room upon our return. Front staff was excellent. Airport shuttle was also on time and the driver was excellent."

"Cozy beds, shared kitchen okay. There is free coffee but you have to make it yourself. The bedroom floor was dirty. They accepted check-in at 1AM during the night in a shared dorm. It says you can checked-in until 23:30 on the site but they don't respect this rule. Good if you are planning to come in late but for the other guests that's a disrespect."
