The hotel was great! Friendly staff, beautiful views from the breakfast room/bar at night. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed using the spa area. We were able to park next to the hotel which was nice. Only 5 spots available. We were able to walk to many restaurants, bars.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was incredible. Right on the water, across the street to the Harpa Concert Hall and a 4min walk to Rainbow Street. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was amazing. This hotel is close to bus stop 5, and 14. When you’re booking a tour this will help you to get the best deal of where the tour buses stop. It’s in a nice location where you are able to see the sea, boats and other things outside the when you’re having breakfast in the 8th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and its staff are really top notch.

Very small room but mighty nice amenities. We got used to it! Spa is awesome, rooftop restaurant for breakfast & night cap in evening was unbeatable! Location is absolutely perfect for walking city sights/shops/ food. Can drive to all points around island (Golden Circle... Blue Lagoon). Parking is included. It's a solid YES

Hotel is conveniently located, spa offers a great way to unwind after a day(s) of exploring Iceland. Breakfast was nicely appointed. And of course, like with all things Iceland, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfaat was tasty and was a beautiful view. Location was an easy walk to many locations! Only downsides were the noise from people drinking and broken glass bottles outside 2/3 of the nights, and problems with the hot water. The hot water was fixed when brought to the staffs attention, but at least 2 days there was no hot water for a few hours. Would highly recommend to single or group travelers!

Location was good for excursions pickup Harpa #5 just across the street. Room with water view was beautiful. Even in 45-55 degree weather, we had to open the room window since there is no AC. Location was mostly quiet. I would stay there again.

This was a great hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms. It is also a great location for any bus trip you have booked. Harpa bus stop 5 is right across the street.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was wonderful, so many places to eat or explore businesses. We did a lot of walking in Reykjavik and then rented a vehicle to see massive waterfalls, scenic view etc. the nightly cover bands at the Bookstore, about 3-4 blocks from hotel. I had a lot of fun dancing, drinking and listening to good songs.
