"Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. My only small issue was that the luggage room where we left our luggage all day was not locked and other guests were free to go in and out of it unsupervised. This made me nervous about leaving my luggage there. Otherwise all good. Nice, quiet location."

"This hotel was very convenient to downtown. Within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff was great. The only thing that was a bit difficult was that the room itself had low angles in the ceiling and above the tub so we really had to be careful not to bang our heads."

"Room was clean but because of the post pride parade party the hotel was a bit of a mess. The outdoor top deck had broken glass, cig butts, etc. And, it needed some seating. The shower in the standard room is a joke. Tiny and the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Very quiet and a good location"
