The apartment was perfect. It was in a great location on the Main Street for shopping - easy stroll. There was a lot of space and very clean. Communication on check-in and check-out was easy. I would definitely come back again. It was perfect for my family of 4.

This is our second visit to Iceland and we specifically requested the same apartment we stayed in 3 years ago. We were very happy that they accommodated our request, however upon checking in I noticed there were dried up food smeared on the kitchen wall and a very greasy frying pan inside the kitchen drawer. There was also an odor in the 2nd bedroom. We notified the apartment about the odor and asked that they change the sheets, mattress pad and comforter which they immediately did, however, the changes did not eliminate the odor. Housekeeping acknowledged that there was an odor and they moved us to a different apartment. Opal was very accommodating and despite the uncomfortable 2 nights, we enjoyed the balance of our stay in the new apartment.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment in a great location. It's very close to the centre of town. Close to all the amenities. Check in was very straight forward. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and more.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We had parking in their garage...great amenity. Near the main town for shopping and eating walking distance. Shower beautiful and warm...towel rack to warm your towel...robes too.Kitchen stocked well, coffee machine with pods a welcome surprise..We could have breakfast and be on our way. Extra towels and supplies are available if needed. Easy check in and out. Loved it!

The property is a nice easy walk to the shopping area and close to the bus interchanges. Secure garage and secure entrance was nice as we were a group of three ladies and felt safe. The communication with staff was through email and phone and always prompt which made the trip easy when we had questions. Iceland is a little pricey but worth a visit.

Overall happy with our stay. Great location. Spacious though one of the bedrooms could have used a window. A few items needed attention like the dishwasher wasn’t functional, the TV was hard to navigate, the drawers in one of the bedrooms was off its rails and misaligned. The washer was appreciated though a dryer was sorely missed.

Perfect location to explore Reykjavík .... very lovely apartment and well appointed. The WiFi however needs to be improved (very slow and frustrating). Very safe location...make sure you reserve a parking space in the garage as it was very helpful.

This location is just blocks away from the heart of downtown Reykjavík and you can see the Hallgrimskirkja from the balcony. The apartment is clean, modern, and well stocked with cooking gear and serving utensils. The apartment is quiet, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The windows include black out window treatments, useful for those long daylight hours in the summer. The building uses a lockbox check in system and the property owners did a solid job with instructions and local shop recommendations to stock the refrigerator during your visit. We found plenty of free street parking available in the back alley behind the building. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is modern and the bathroom facilities are contemporary. I stayed here for 4 days. It's one of the better apartments I've found. I definitely love this place.

Apartment 201 was very nice. Beds very comfortable. We had to buy adapters for outlets to charge phones. Should have instruction's for using shower and electric stove top but someone always available to help! Didn't have a dryer like description said but hanging clothes, mittens, etc. on radiators worked great! I would pick this place to stay again and recommend! Loved the garage parking even though small.

Upon arrival the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke. We weren't sure if it was just us that smelt it that bad and had a neighbor come smell and they agreed with us. They wouldn't walk in they said it was so bad. There is no front desk and no one answered so we were unable to get a new room and had to stay somewhere else for the night. Property manager was difficult to work with to get a new room and would not refund for the first night.

Nice and central Andy very clean. Apartment 101 was on ground floor so not much privacy without the blinds being permanently closed and noisy when people are coming in or out of the garage at night.

Great safe location with lots of amenities!

Great safe location for walking to a lot of good shops, pool, grocery store and museums! Very clean, modern, and everything you need in cubboards for some fine home dining! Clothes washer and free parking too! Shower was warm, but not hot🙁.
