The main reason I chose the Quality Inn was because is was a hotel that is nationwide and offered an indoor and breakfast. The motel was a franchise I am sure. Said the e desk was 24hr and Everytime I needed something I had to call a phone # posted at the desk. The pool was not in working order and not in use, and there was a very limited breakfast the first day. And no breakfast the second day . Had bagel no toaster, waffle syrup but no waffles the juice machine u had to run several cups through to get the juice flowing, coffee was ice cold, cereal had 2 diff types in same dispenser with only almond milk available. Very disappointed and when I called the # at the desk no one answered or returned my call when I left a msg. The room looked ok when arrived but later realized that the beds were off, one had one mattress on wooden box the other bed was 3 mattresses on the floor. One bed hard and other bed sink to the middle. Went in to take a shower and noticed a quarter size hole inside the shower that could've very well been a peep whole. We stuffed it with tissue. The towels were yellow and dingy.. overall just very disappointed and know why the hotel was empty. If I would've known the pool was closed and really wasn't a free breakfast available I would have chose a different hotel. I thought that quality inn was a good place being known nationwide but I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the misleading advertisement and the whole in shower was weird
