"The pool is advertised as heated but it was cold. The room was very spacious but needed to be updated. Bed was comfortable and clean but the chairs were dirty. The curtains were shabby and ripped and the radiator needed replacing or painting. Inside the wardrobe shelves, were lots of scratches and the chair was too low to see in the mirror when doing my hair."

"It was a nice place to stay. However, it would have been better to have more staff members at breakfast as there was only one and our breakfast came a little late, delaying our plans. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there."

"We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. The hosts were very accommodating of our dietary requirements, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local amenities, the pier and lovely walks. It’s also only around 5 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach. Ross-on-Sea is about 15 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit, with its lovely little town and another gorgeous sandy beach. Parking is limited, but street parking is available from 5pm until 10am, although the car does need to be moved after 10am. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great base for exploring the area. We would happily stay again!"
