Close to bars, restaurants, banks, public transport and all shops, it is a great option for couples, families or a group of friends.

This beautiful 70sqm property is divided into a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, SmartTV, ceiling fan and dining table with 4 chairs.

The bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning, both facing the street.

The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

Basic cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet and washing machine and dryer are included in the price.

WE PROVIDE WHITE BED AND BATH LINEN, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.

O apartamento nas fotos parece ser bem melhor do que pessoalmente. As janelas da sala são feias e de alumínio e sem abertura para a rua. As cortinas dos quartos estão podres de sujas. Tem itens que constam nas fotos que não estão no AP. O banho poderia ser melhor. A cozinha é área ficam num espaço só, falta sofá e o que tem é pequeno e ruim. Não tem ar na sala e o ventilador além de não dar conta,faz muito barulho. Ponto alto é a localização.
