"Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay."

"This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...
"The SEL Lodge hotel y spa is an incredible place to stay. The views are magnificent, the room was beautiful with a spacious balcony And even a hot tub in the room.
My friend who is local was very impressed I found such a great place. 10 out of 10!!"
"Hotel is very well located easy to tourist from there, people are very nice and friendly, I love the variety options for breakfast and even I could have my oatmeal with all the seeds and granolas I like. Hotel is close to Costanera Center mall and all the restaurants you can enjoy. Happy to choose it. "
"Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!
