"The check in process was a bit irritating. I requested an early check in because my flight came in at 9am. When I arrived at 10am, I was told that the property was booked full the night before, the cleaners had not arrived yet and I would have to wait at least two hours before I could check in. In addition, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $45 for the early check in which was not told to me when I made the request. I slept in my car until 3pm. I checked in at 3:20pm to avoid the extra fees. The room was ok. No microwave in the room, but it does have a fridge. They have a microwave in the breakfast area for you to use. It was really clean too. The chair in my room was heavily stained. The bed made noise as if the frame was not connected properly. I went to shower the next morning and there were no towels, only hand towels and wash cloths. I booked for one night and wasn’t wasting time to call for them to deliver towels. The lobby had broken washing machines on both sides of the walkway. The Cleveland PD executed a warrant two doors down from my room. It wasn’t the safest place but it worked for the night. The parking lot had several potholes and definitely needed some major repairs, a slurry and new striping. I am feeling less than confident in Hotels.com after my last two bookings. I am not expecting luxury for the prices that I paid. I am expecting to feel safe and cleanliness. This may be my last booking with them."

"I had a terrible experience staying at this property and checked out a day early because the conditions were unacceptable. When we requested clean towels, staff told us they were out of towels and suggested that we use the towels we already had, wash them ourselves, and bring them back. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel or rental. The room was filthy and had a strong odor that smelled like animal waste. The sheets had yellow stains, and we found what appeared to be mouse droppings. There were also cigarette butts and weeds around the property, showing a complete lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The bedding was uncomfortable, and there appeared to be animal hair or padding under the sheets. We could barely sleep during our stay. The environment felt unsafe and extremely noisy. People were hanging out in the hallways late at night, talking loudly, arguing, and fighting. The noise continued throughout our stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern when issues were brought to their attention. This property is not clean, not safe, and not suitable for a comfortable night’s sleep. I would not recommend staying here and would never return."
