Loved how central this location is to all the shopping in Italy! Super easy to take the bus around when needed and such great food around the area. The space was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay for people with accessibility needs - there is an elevator and air conditioning.

Great location and very nice staff. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Parking is challenging as the property is in the ZTL (Zone with Limited Traffic), needed to park about 10 minutes away for 45€/day.

Great location,nice management and cleaning staff. Building was very old but clean, very secure and adjustible conditioner. Room includes coffee machine, wine opener, fridge filled with water, juice and sweet treats. Love the service. building. Bed was ok but pillows were horrible. In general would recommond this place

Excellent stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were super clean. Location was excellent. A nice surprise was that the refrigerator bar and snacks were included in the price and refilled everyday. Katerina (the host) was very helpful and answered all our queries on Whatsapp.

There are only six rooms in this hotel. We had the one with balcony facing the main street. Desk is only manned in the middle of the day. Lobby is shared with commercial and residential tenants, so it does feel like a hotel experience. Room was clean. Bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass except for a 18" wide panel in the shower which provides a clear view in. Appreciated the walk-in closet/ pantry. Unfortunately enclosed with clear glass, so it lacks privacy for dressing if multiple people are in the room. Right on a main shopping strip that is pedestrian only. Close walk to Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Gets a bit deserted at night after the shops close.

This suite is located right on the main shopping street and we got to enjoy the New Years Parade from the balcony! It is a wonderful place to stay, but it is loud in the evenings especially on the weekends. If you are ok with a little noise this was a great place to walk to dinners, walk to all the sites and jump on the metro if needed. We would stay here again.

Best location in Rome

We had a great stay at the 504 Corso suite. The room was specious with a very nice balcony to Via Del Corso. It's completely silent when the balcony door is closed. It's the best location in Rome. Very easy to find. Stuff is nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere from the Pantheon, to the Vatican, to the Collesium. The room was clean and perfect for travel with a child. The host was amazing and since this is not your conventional hotel, with a concierge desk when you walk in it's best to keep in contact with the host, with arrival time. Complimentary water, seltzer, beer, and other juices along with breakfast pastries.

We love our stay so much. Centrally located. Lots of great restaurants. The suite is very clean and they cleaned it every day and changed the towels daily. We love the little freebies like pastries/cookies, sodas, water & coffee restocking them daily. Humberto was very helpful. He showed us the unit. Thank you very much for making our trip in Rome more memorable.

I don’t have even one complaint about this property. I am accustomed to 5 star accommodations and had a difficult time finding a nice hotel that was walkable to the main attractions and was not a tiny room with twin beds. 504 Corso Suites did not disappoint. The hotel was spotless. The room was large with high ceilings and nice finishes. We had a king size bed and a couch which expanded to another large bed for two people. There was a small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee/tea pot. The bathroom had a shower with a removable attachment, as well as a toilet and bidet. The staff refreshed towels as well as the complimentary snacks beverages and wine/beer daily. The hotel is quiet and centrally located. We walked to the colosseum and the Vatican and were extremely close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. We were able to leave our bags by the check in area, as we had a late flight and check in was at 11am. The staff was friendly and present during the day in their office. When not in the office, the staff was very responsive via what’s app. This hotel is top of the line 10/10 would definitely recommend!

It started with a warm welcome from Katerina at the front desk. She was kind enough to hold our luggage as we arrived early from our cruise ship. Even though our room wasn't ready due to cleaning, she still showed it to us. Later in the day when we returned, we found the room to be warm and thought the AC was off. We tried adjusting the settings, but couldn't get the temperature below 26°C. It was uncomfortably warm, and we endured a difficult first night, planning to bring it up with Katerina the next morning. We noticed that she wasn't always at the front desk, so we let it go for the second day and night, but the discomfort continued. In the morning, we were fortunate to find Katerina at the front desk and reported the issue. She acknowledged that our room was indeed very hot, and assured us that it should be at least 23°C. She said she would have it fixed while we were out, but upon our return in the afternoon, the problem persisted. We texted her, and she arrived with an AC technician. They had cleaned the filter while we were away and thought the problem was resolved, but it turned out not to be the case. The technician acknowledged that there was an issue with the AC and performed a temporary fix, advising us not to adjust the settings. We were not in Italy for an AC tour, so we left for the evening and returned to another uncomfortable night. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. We were not offered the option to change our room or even given a fan.

Very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom/shower. It’s in a great location. Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage
