The best Hotel I have been to. We have been vacationing with my family for several years since my retirement, and this Hotel is the best so far. The room snack bar is loaded with free snacks and assorted drinks and re-filled daily, and the room gets cleaned daily, which is unexpected with other hotels. This hotel is also very conveniently located in the shopping district, near restaurant areas and famous places to visit. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We arrived early morning after a long flight, and let us check in for a small fee, gave us lots of information about the area, food, restaurants, transportation, and the best places to visit. Very highly recommend this hotel "504 Corso Suites" to everyone, especially to family on travel/vacation.

We love our stay so much. Centrally located. Lots of great restaurants. The suite is very clean and they cleaned it every day and changed the towels daily. We love the little freebies like pastries/cookies, sodas, water & coffee restocking them daily. Humberto was very helpful. He showed us the unit. Thank you very much for making our trip in Rome more memorable.

We were under the impression there was a pullout couch and there was not. We had no iron and called several times for one and had to borrow one from my in-laws. Also our bathroom/ room smelled horrible as if someone had just used it when we had been gone for hours. It was the drain in our shower and my in-laws had the same problem where their shower started flooding. My family enjoyed the beautiful views and family time in the kitchen. Also we forgot some clothes and shoes and I tried to call and never received a reaponse
