Our stay here was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with arranging private transportation to the airport. Very convenient location to the Trevi Fountain and other monuments around the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Area.

Excellent location, walking distance to basically everything. Very friendly staff who provided great recommendations for restaurants, where to eat breakfast, good Gelato places etc. We will surely be coming back next time we’re in Rome.

Service minded staff, nice room, great location.

Great location and nice big room. Very friendly and service minded staff. Only negative was the stairs but the staff helped us with that, the fridge in the room was quite noisy, otherwise everything was great.

Lovely and clean,Location was perfect for exploring Rome. The Trevi fountain is literally around the corner. Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. The staff are warm and welcoming, quick to respond to messages and always welcomed with a smile. The room was cleaned daily and check in/out easy. I will be staying here again if I return to Rome. Only thing I would say is no kettle or coffee making facilities onsite so if your like me and do want a drink on waking then only option is cold drinks bought and stored in the room refrigerator. Otherwise I cannot find anything negative to say.

Absolutely loved our stay at 59 Steps Trevi! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Trevi Fountain—but what truly made our experience special was the amazing customer service. As I traveled to many places in the world, I would say this: Best location and best service Very cozy and comfortable room very warm welcome from the stuff, he explained us everything what we can see in Rome The hotel located just few meters from Trevi Fontaine, outside the door you find good restaurants. Quite place in the evening, you can sleep very well Everything what you want see in Rome near be hotel. You don’t need taxi, you can walk to colosseum and waking distance to most attractions in Rome Safe place Highly recommend place to stay You will never regret

We stayed for 3 nights in September and couldn’t believe the proximity to the Trevi Fountain. It was so close. We arrived after the office was closed so sent a message and they text me during the day giving check in details. We saw Alex in the office the next morning who was beyond helpful giving us tips and recommendations of places to go. The Pantheon and Spanish Steps are easily walkable and lots of great bars and restaurants very close by. We had a really great stay and would happily recommend.

Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you

The customer service with Andrew and Alex was beyond excellent. Both took the time to make sure we were comfortable and even patiently took time to give us some direction. Something you don’t see often in the hustle and bustle area of Rome. Like all the buildings in the area it is older but recently nicely remodeled. The windows are pretty sound proof and do a great job of blocking out street noise. The room was very clean and neat. The location is great! Just next to Trevi fountain. Within walking distance of the Vatican, coliseum and many other attractions. Would recommend to everyone!!

Nice place to stay...as long as nothing goes wrong

Clean, decent-sized room. Great location. The reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they are non-responsive to issues. Our air conditioner stopped working and we found the office closed during their listed operating hours. We then called and nobody answered the phone. We even sent a message through Hotels.com and received no response. This is a decent place to stay as long as nothing goes wrong...but if something does you're out of luck!
