Absolutely loved our stay at 59 Steps Trevi! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Trevi Fountain—but what truly made our experience special was the amazing customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Clean, stylish rooms and a warm atmosphere made it a perfect Roman getaway. Highly recommend!

Even when there is no elevator the little hotel is very well located and the rooms are very comfortables. The staff is very nice and helpful

This was my first time to Rome and this property made the stay so incredible! You can’t find a more central location to all of Romes historic and romantic sites! Safe and clean units with a wonderful host! 10/10!

The customer service with Andrew and Alex was beyond excellent. Both took the time to make sure we were comfortable and even patiently took time to give us some direction. Something you don’t see often in the hustle and bustle area of Rome. Like all the buildings in the area it is older but recently nicely remodeled. The windows are pretty sound proof and do a great job of blocking out street noise. The room was very clean and neat. The location is great! Just next to Trevi fountain. Within walking distance of the Vatican, coliseum and many other attractions. Would recommend to everyone!!

The room stunk like a sewer, the floors, walls and bathroom was visibly filthy. After host was notified by Expedia of my complaints, host told me to take my bag and leave. It should be noted, neither Expedia or the host provided a refund.

The bathroom smelled like raw sewage really bad There were bugs in the room, even after the windows were sealed they still kept coming inside. The room was really hot, turned the A/C on and to the coldest setting as soon as we arrived. Went to dinner, and three hours later the room was not any cooler because the A/C was not functioning properly There were only three towels in our room for 4 people, went and asked the front desk for more towels and they claimed they did not have any more towels for us.

El Hospedaje estuvo muy bien, todo depende de que buscas: aquí solo dormimos pero nos prometieron dos camas que terminaron en una cama y un sofá cama que no usamos y dormimos ambas en la cama. La secadora de cabello no funciona del todo, no hay elevador así que te toca subir escaleras con maletas… lo bueno fue que si nos permitieron dejar las maletas en cuanto llegamos para hacer el check in posterior … lo inmejorable es la ubicación: la fontana di Trevi para tus fotos bien temprano y adicional está sobre una calle que vende souvenirs a 1 euro y una tienda súper linda de bolsas de cuero italiano: me volví loca comprando bolsas y están de súper buena calidad y de paso te regresan los taxes. En general es una buena estancia solo detalles como las escaleras, que solo es una cama y el secador hace que te pienses si es el hospedaje que buscas.. para mi estuvo bien aunque la escaleras con maletas demasiado matado
Queda mega cerca el panteón y la iglesia de san Ignacio de Loyola donde está el espejo para selfi con el arte del techo!
Este lugar de pastas increíble.. queda sobre la calle a la fontana
Pane & salame es DELICIOSO! Y queda justo al lado de la estancia y al lado queda POMPI que es el mejor tiramisú de roma

Service minded staff, nice room, great location.

Great location and nice big room. Very friendly and service minded staff. Only negative was the stairs but the staff helped us with that, the fridge in the room was quite noisy, otherwise everything was great.

We stayed for 3 nights in September and couldn’t believe the proximity to the Trevi Fountain. It was so close. We arrived after the office was closed so sent a message and they text me during the day giving check in details. We saw Alex in the office the next morning who was beyond helpful giving us tips and recommendations of places to go. The Pantheon and Spanish Steps are easily walkable and lots of great bars and restaurants very close by. We had a really great stay and would happily recommend.
