Clean room, nice staff, the floor to get to the hotel is on an awkward mid floor so if you have heavy luggage’s it can be a bit of a struggle but hey it’s Europe :) we enjoyed our stay.

Clean room and bathroom. Great housekeeping. No view except a building wall - but very quite, no street noise at all. Very little hot water, ran out after one short shower. Heat could not be adjusted.

Property was accross the street from a government building with 24/7 security, so the street was very safe in this spot. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, room was ready on time as promised. Walking distance on the same street was a mini mart and multiple cafes.

Clean room. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Air conditioning was working fine. Walkable distant to major attractions. Metro station is 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this property.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There was only one and a half rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. Ran out. the shower water only stayed warm for like 3 minutes.

We’ve travelled to Italy in high summer and AC wasn’t working properly in the night, it was making flashing noise,1st night we’re unable to sleep. I hope owner has managed to fix this problem. Otherwise, all the amenities, bus stop and train station are within 5mins of walking distance. The overall property is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Reasonable

Fantastic room, lots of space, (Room 3) Alas, no hot water at 10 PM, nor at 7 AM, so I had to have a very tepid shower The sound proofing is not good, you can hear other people talking in their rooms, plus the common area does nothing to keep noise levels down So would I stay again, possibly as I may have got unlucky I could not fault the room itself, it was perfect as was the location

Pls be advise, this is not a typical hotel where you have a front desk to help you. This is more of an airbnb. You can contact the manager via email for all your concerns and there is nowhere to store your luggage just in case youre early. You will also not be able to check in early just in case you want to roam the city prior to checking in. All these should be mentioned prior to arrival. The place is clean yes, but the ac did not work well. Hope this helps to next customer. The place is also walking distance to restaurants.

The room was clean and the palce is near by landmarks. The place is very convenient and nice for a short stay. However, The shower is a little uncomfortable because the it is tiny for large people. The coffe maker was dirty because the water compartment was keeping dirty water so it wasnt set up for new arrivals. The manager was nice. Thanks so much !
