Staff- the receptionist was hesitant to accommodate when asked to help with the pull out bed. He said he doesn’t even help his wife at home, then yelled at me for asking what he meant by that. Room was extremely small and the shared kitchen was tiny . The location was walkable and there were good food options nearby
