This was the most horrible experience i ever had . For everyone how are interested in booking this hotel , please read my review first before confirm your booking to this hotel… i have booked this hotel and paid in advance via a credit card a month before my travel. After I arrived there, I was shocked that all the rooms were sold out and there was no room for me. At first they took the tax amount from me and then they told me that there were no rooms. Then they sent me to a another hotel, and I stayed there for three days. It was Hotel disgusting hotel , the electricity was’nt working and there was no place to charge the phone. The bathroom is constantly leaking water , and the noises are very annoying. The hotel’s elevator was very old and you could not use it, so I had to use the stairs more than once. It was a bad experience and I do not advise anyone to book the hotel because they will take your money and then tell you there are no rooms when you arrive and sending you to another hotel.

The hotel was very clean. We were able to communicate with the hotel through Expedia. We arrived late, but check in was easy. It was conveniently located, we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Centrally located. High ceilings and large rooms. Recently renovated. View of courtyard. Very close to shopping and dining choices. D’Angelo is our daily breakfast spot nearby! Very popular for expresso , pastries and vegan cookies & vegetarian dishes. All major attractions easily walkable. Front desk gentleman is a very happy Italian who loves his job.

We didn’t like this hotel. In fact, it didn’t even look like a hotel, so it was hard to find. It consisted of about a dozen rooms on the bottom floor of a large building. There was no lobby, just a small room with desk, computer, and a man who seemed to be there for only a few hours a day. Our room was very small, the bed was hard as a rock, and there was no window in the room, so we had no outside light. The bathroom was a good size, but the shower was half glass and half curtain that didn’t fit well, so the floor was wet after each shower. On a positive note, our room was very clean.
