It is not a hotel even if it is in the name . it is a nice small guesthouse in a quiet area near vatican . Thr host was friendly and the room was clean.

Super cute and quaint suite overlooking the plaza out back. Enjoyed staying there and Marco was very accommodating and helpful. Truly enjoyed our visit and sharing all of the beauty that Rome had to offer.

Good location within walking distance of Vatican and Metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast vouchers provided for a really nice cafe round the corner. It was comfortable and clean accommodation. I would stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and easy to reach from the metro station! One of the best things was definitely how close it is to the Vatican City, Castelo Sant’Angelo and many other interesting places. The neighborhood is also very quite and with a lot of dining options. Our host was very kind and helpful, and our room had everything we needed. I can really recommend this place!

Femasuites is the ideal place to stay in Rome. We had a gorgeous view out of our room. The host Marco is polite, kind and simply lovely!. The location is fantastic! Breakfast is served at a near by coffee shop where you see the real Rome style and breakfast. Absolutely perfect!. Booking it again

Marco was a very nice and helpful host. He answered our questions quick and solution oriented. We enjoyed the local area which was still close to the Sightseeing-spots but also with less tourists. The surrounding area is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The place is simple but has everything we needed and there were enough towels to use.

lovely host and an ok location. 15 mis walk to Vatican. this accomodation is very very dated. room smelt old and wet. furnishings and bed and comfort was poor and outdated throughout. kitchen was communal and clean and tidy but the whole place very much has a cheap hostel feel about it. breakfast is at a cafe round the corner which you are given vouchers for. it constitutes a coffee and choice of flavoured croissant each day. couldn't fault the host and the communication tho.

Nice suite, couple small issues

This is a nice small suite in Prati. First- the check in was very pleasant. It was a little tricky to find and we had to call the manager and wait a few minutes. However, he arrived, gave us free drinks from the cafe next door, and was very helpful and friendly with how to get in and recommendations. 5 stars for the service and friendliness. A couple of small details led to less than 5 stars overall. 1, even though it's in Prati, which is the higher end area of Rome, there is trash all over the streets, and overflowing cans constantly in front of the apartment. There is also no A/C, so on a very hot day (as it was) the only way to cool down is then on the fan full blast and open the window, letting the smell of the trash in. We'd have enjoyed the stay much better during a cooler time of year.

This is a very good option to stay in Rome. Please note that this is not a hotel, but rather a family-run short stay B&B, run by host Marco. Breakfast is offered on the cafe around the building. Internet is good.
