The hosts for this property are fabulous. Friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. For us, the secure parking with in and out privileges was a big plus.

Flavia and LeFernando treated us like honored guests to their establishment. They picked us up from the cruise ship terminal, the airport, and dropped us off and picked us up after. The wine and snacks upon arrival was a welcome treat. We wish we had more time to stay here longer. The absolute best. And loved their cats Georgia and Mousa. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our short stay in Ostia Antica. We had an early flight and Flavia was able to book a taxi that arrived on time at 4:30;am. Excellent breakfast offering of eggs, bacon, bread and lots of pastries. Wish we had been able to partake. Transportation was provided from the train station and around town. This is a shared property with the kitchen, but we never heard the other occupants come in. We will plan to stay longer next time to enjoy this small town. Thank you so much!

Excellent stay before heading to FCO
Unfortunately, we just stayed one night before heading to the airport. The room was fantastic. Small kitchen, plenty of space, excellent huge bathroom, pool, and everything was very clean. The wonderful hosts were very friendly and helpful.

LOVED our stay here. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They made sure we had a seamless check in & made lovely recommendations for dinner. The fridge was stocked with breakfast basics & plenty of snacks. We had quite an early flight out of the airport (10-15 min away) and they arranged a taxi for us. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Lovely area & amazing hosts. The local cats were a nice bonus :)

We regretted not staying longer! The hosts were so kind and helpful, my children immediately started calling them an aunt and uncle! The place was well designed, beds were comfortable and the setting very relaxing. Highest recommendation possible!

This B&B is excellent. Simple but functional, very clean and very hospitable owners. Very responsive and quick to communicate, and very flexible. I needed a room for one night. Lose to the airport due to a short layover, but left the place with a desire to come back and spend more time. Don’t expect the ritz Carlton, but expect clean and comfortable at a great rate for the overall area. Located in a residential area, quiet and nice. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Train close by that can take you to Rome or the beach. Just overall a great little place!

What a delightful b&b! I needed to spend a night close to the Rome airport and took a chance. The room was looked like a House Beautiful magazine cover. Bathroom was sparkling. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and had every convenience. Sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Next time I will.

Gens Mundi B&B is a gem! Book it now.
We had the opportunity to stay at Gens Mundi on our last night in Italy. We would definitely return to visit the area in the future. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four, and the neighborhood was lovely. Our terrific hosts provided everything we needed, and their communication was perfect. We also appreciated the additional touches of home, and we received excellent suggestions for local restaurants. The transfer to the airport was the cherry on top. Thank you!

This is a great place because it is quiet, yet in this nice quieter area of Rome there are a lot of interesting antique sites nearby connected to the old port. The restaurants are good and the hosts were very friendly

Simple clean BbB 10 minutes from FCO airport Seems like a large private residence in a normal residential neighborhood. They did a nice upgrade or expansion with a few nicely appointed rooms they rent out. Our room had fridge & kitchen which they stocked with coffee, juice, milk & pastries… can’t really complain about anything as they exceeded all my expectations. The hosts are kind. They have a nice pool for guests. They provided Airport transfer at 06:40 AM for a reasonable fee. They had a cute cat who made us feel at home - we were told the cat is part of the welcoming committee.

Peaceful garden oasis!
Absolutely perfect oasis for our last night in Italia! We soaked off a long day of travel in the pool and beautiful surrounding garden & patio. Having breakfast and snacks pre-provided in the kitchen made our late arrival and morning departure easy. Lovely and comfortable apartment. My daughter wished we could have stayed here longer! Short, easy ride to the airport. Gracious host. Would stay here again!

This property is owned by a couple - Flavia and his wife. They kept their property well maintained. Flavia and his wife were very accommodating and flexible. My family arrived late and they both have constantly communicated with me to ensure that the pick-up would be prompt. Our return flight was super early but Flavia was ready and on time to drop us off. They provided some appetizer and juice as warm welcome. The room was clean. The loft area was perfect for my kids. The location is a bit far out from downtown of Ostia Antica, so it is very quiet. The archeological sites are not too far from the property. Overall, I'm very impressed with the hospitality they provided. Strongly recommended expecially if you need a place to stay near the airport before leaving Rome.

Omg I don't know what I was expecting but this place blew my mind! It's absolutely stunning and so neat and tidy. Gorgeous apartment, great bathroom and a few lovely thoughtful things stocked in the kitchen that we weren't even expecting. Glorious pool and garden. The host Flavia is a wonderful lady. You won't regret booking this place. I can't wait to go back.

I have really nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. Very well situated near antic Roman site (Ostia Antica), quiet and a charming property close to public transportation and a small supermarket (about 200 yards). Room very clean and I felt safe. Bathroom and shower clean and spacious. Fridge stuffed with all kind of goodies, including eggs and yogurt. Owners are some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve ever seen (seriously). Very helpful and patient, the husband speaks good English, which is very practical and helpful. I missed the scheduled pickup arrangement from the airport, and despite a huge traffic, the owner came twice to give me a ride back to his property and only charged me for the one trip. In the morning he offered to take me to the train station in his personal vehicle for free and even refused a tip. He even had free bikes for the guests. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful B&B
Just stayed with my wife and two young children (one and five). Room was lovely and clean, spacious bathroom and cot all set up for us with a nice teddy to welcome the baby. Pool was ideal size and the hotel provided all towels, floats, balls etc for a fun family swim. Fridge was stocked with eggs, bacon, milk, yoghurt etc and there is a full kitchen to make your meals should you choose to. Supermarket is just 2 mins away and the beach is a ten minute drive. Could not recommend highly enough and will be returning in future years.

Extremely Friendly and Helpful
We needed an a two night accommodation near the Rome Airport. The owners arranged for their son to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, and there were several small cafes, a supermarket, and the Ostia Antica within a 15 minute walk
