It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!

Mosquitoes
The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable. The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference.

Good value budget hotel, in what appeared to this non-Italian, a working class neighborhood. Conveniently close to Fiumicino.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel at the outskirts od Rome, walking distance to very good restaurants and public bus to take you to the subway and on to Rome. The fare is euro 1.50 as opposed to 50 if you take taxi and it takes over one hour to get to the city either way. Room at the residence was spacious and clean but smelled funny. Every room has a kitchenette and a small balcony. Good breakfast

Exceeded expectations
The room exceeded expectations - would be a great place for a longer stay but we were only there one night. Free onsite parking is a plus. The one drawback is that the hotel is fairly remote. Good and affordable place to stay outside of Rome near the airport.

EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE AS A NEAR TO AIRPORT HOTEL!!
Before booking it was indicated as a surprise near to airport hotel with NO CANCELLATION. Details to be confirmed after payment! When booked there was no indication that the hotel did not offer the shuttle services from airport, neither tthat it was really distant from Leonardo DA Vicni Airport two factors that were importnt for a decision regarding selection and since the offering was a secret one with prepayment I consider it a TOTAL MISINFORMATION. Finally I did not use the hotel even though prepayment happened since a taxi fare from airport to hotel was 50 euro per way, a lot more than the offered room rate. BAD THING EXPEDIA AND HOTEL. You shall be more clear with these type of offerings! MANY ARE FALLING INTO THIS TRAP! NEVER BOOK SECRET WITH PRE-PAYMENT AND NO CANCELLATION!

Newish hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Nothing to be done about the location, which is nice enough and on a main route, although the journey to the centre of Rome takes around an hour, hour and a quarter depending on waits for buses and trains. Close to a market and gelaterias, etc. A good hotel if you want good value, even if it is a remove from the sights. Ostia is about a half hour away by bus.

The Hotel/Residence is nice and well equipped. The Apartment I got was OK and clean and fully equipped. The only one problem is the connection with the airport (40Euro Taxi) and even if it's not that far it's badly connected and there is no shuttle bus to the Fiumicino Aiport from the Hotel

OK Hotel
We wanted to stay near the airport, but it was 30 minutes away. It looks much closer on a map! We also took a while to find the hotel because we had poor directions fr getting off the motorway. There is nothing of note in the area as it is a mainly residential area. They put us in to an apartment room which was nice. But, there was not even a drinking glass or tea spoon in the room. They had all been cleared out because apparently we got the room as a hotel room. And no ice because the ice machine in the bar had broken down The washing machine had no door. The staff were helpful There are a few restaurants nearby and they looked good. In future I would go for somewhere a little closer to the airport. I should add that the hotel was modern and the room was comfortable, notwithstanding my other comments

Great property, hard location
This, was by far one of my favorite hotels in all of Italy. Large room, seating area, very clean. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport. Which is about the same distance to central Rome. Not much near the hotel, kind of on its own.

Good family hotel appartment
I stayed with my two boys in one of the apartments. Adequate size and convenient to have a small kitchen, although no oven. I liked the fact that there was a washing machine and small patio to dry clothes. Only real criticism is that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs poking through the mattress. Reception and restaurant staff spoke excellent English.

not what i expected
nothing wrong with hotel, food was very good, except i had booked room <5 miles from airport and this was about 10 miles out and away fromRome. Had to cancel tour, pay extra for shuttle to get me there and then they failed to pick me up to take me back to airport. Hotel helped with my transportation.

NOT close to Rome airport
Expedia listed this hotel as being close to the Rome airport. It was NOT! The price of the taxi to get there was almost as much as the room itself. Extremely disappointing when we just wanted to fall into bed after a long day traveling. Even worse, when we arrived our room wasn't ready and it took over an hour to get moved into an appropriate room.

We arrived late in Rome , so we only checked in around 10:30pm. The person in the reception treated us badly and was not helpful at all. We needed to eat something since we arrived hungry from the airport and she just said "there is no option". Normally the receptionist would suggest a late delivery place or at least tell us where we would need to go to eat (even if we need a cab to get there). We had to eat some chocolate we bought (by chance!) at the airport for dinner. To be fair, the person in the reception in the next morning was EXTREMELY helpful to us. So I can't say this is a general staff problem. I only spent a night, but the location is not good. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. I only went there because it seemed close to the airport but I still paid quite a high price for the fare. The rom was quite clean, but the bathroom needs some work. The shower has no curtain or door, so the floor gets completely wet after a shower. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Shocking experience totally mislead by expedia it is 30 kilometers away from the airport and costs 60 euros each way by taxi. No internet access in rooms. Very poor

We used Expedia's "pot luck" option that picked this hotel as an "airport hotel" for our last night in Italy before flying back from Fiumicino airport in the following morning. The price was quote good at $68.55v plus the 2 euro/person city tax. So it was a very good price. However, it was a 45 euro cab ride from Termini Station in Rome to get there. Good service, large American style hotel suite. Very clean and comfortable. It turned out to not really be an "airport hotel" as we needed a 40 euro private car to drive 16 km get us to the Fiumicino in the morning. We could have stayed near Termini and saved the wasted cab fare. Not as convenient as Expedia claimed. So my only beef is the location. It's not really an airport hotel. But is a very nice, clean, roomy and comfy hotel

We we asked and insist us to pay extra 20 Euro for the breakfast and tax , but we booked with Exoedia hotel saver and was told free breakfast ! Already sent letter to Expedia about this issue and hope to solved this problem to get refund .

Far from FCO
I booked this hotel because it was advertised as in the vicinity of FCO AIRPORT. It is not near the airport at all! The cab fare from airport was 60 Euros and the return trip was 40 Euros. Public transportation would be very difficult and lengthy time wise from FCO. I spent more on cab fare than on the night stay. The hotel was clean and the suite was very ample. The front desk was helpful in securing a taxi to airport.

Misled by Expedia
Booked this "sight unseen" hotel bargain because it "included breakfast" - it did NOT, it has self-service laundry - it did NOT, and it was an "airport hotel" - it was DEFINITELY NOT. Had to drop off our rental car at the Fuicimo airport before our overnight at this hotel. Spent 100 Euros and over one hour EACH WAY traveling to and from this hotel. In travel time, this hotel is further from the airport than the Coliseum. Much further. Hotel facilities are very good; reception staff efficient but indifferent; the restaurant is nothing fancy; but the food and service was excellent. Found a laundry service near the hotel.

Villa too far for elderly to walk, no help offered
The girls at the front desk were very helpful and kind but the quality of the hotel was not up to par. The shower heads were at knee level and there was grim around the bath. The alarm system rang every hour and was not fixed even thought someone came to fix it. My old mother whom has difficult time walking had to walk 500 meters from the lobby to her room/villa. A car should have been offered. The hot water didn't work for 2 days. We showered with cold water. It was fixed afterwards. There were other pieces of furniture breaking down. We were compensated with a free breakfast only after I had to ask.

Good hotel but not do close to the airport.
We just wanted to stay near the airport as our flight got there late at night. This hotel proved to be quite far, so not what we wanted at all. The hotel in itself was nice enough. Breakfast was very good but if you're looking for something close, this is not the place for you.

Una de cal y una de arena
El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... Poco menaje, tan sólo un puchero y ninguna sartén, pero cenamos en frío y el desayuno con el microondas nos apañamos. Pensé que no habría limpieza, pero la ha habido diaria, con cambio de toallas e incluso nos hicieron la cama, un detallazo, gracias!!! Se aparca muy fácil en las inmediaciones y posee restaurantes y supermercados variados alrededor. El personal de recepción muy amable y al personal de limpieza ¡GRACIAS!!! En mayúsculas, porque ha sido una grata sorpresa y ha sido muy amable la señora que nos asignaron. El punto negativo y mucho es para el sofá, que no me importa tanto y la cama, ufffff. Vuelves de una jornada de pateo por Roma y esperas un colchón mínimamente acogedor, si lo buscas, este no es tu lugar. Por favor, traten de cambiar los colchones, sería un acierto. Gracias por todo

Bonjour, Ma famille et moi avons très bien étaient reçu. Je remercie tout particulièrement Rachida la réceptionniste pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et ses conseils pour que nous profitions un maximum de la ville. Nous avons pu échanger avec elle autours d’un rapide café qu’elle nous a gentillement propose à ma mère et moi et tout ça avec le sourire. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement !! Nous reviendrons !!!
