room is spacious and neat - basic but good for the hotel level - cleaning service perfect - staff is very kind and collaborative Breakfast is basic - non fresh fruit whatosever, only sugar added beverages (not juices) The russounding is in the outskirts of Rome However, you have a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, gelateria and two more than decent restaurants just within 50 metres from the hotel aside of that, nothing around - you have to go 3-4 km to the Parco de Medici area, where there is a commercial center with multi-movie-theatre, etc

The staff at this hotel were wonderful but they are working at a hotel that needs some work. It’s funny how the little things can make for a negative experience. My key card worked okay but I think the card reader on my room door was defective. It always took about five minutes for the reader to recognize my card. In addition, there were a lot a of stains in the carpeting here. I would think a carpet cleaning company could make short work of cleaning them. All in all, my stay was fine but I would not book this hotel again.

Great hotel in a great location
This was the last leg of our trip and we selected the IBIS Roma Fiera because we had stayed there 5yrs ago. We were very satisfied with the hotels location and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

No means of transportation to the hotel. Had planned Transportation route from the airport using the transit system. Only to find out the train was down for maintenance after arriving. No transit buses. Cab companies said to short for them , they said use local cab , local car company said to far to use local. Convinced local cab to drive at the same rate as going into city centre. Don’t stay at this location for that reason

Basic airport hotel. Carpets need replacing. They look old. Breakfast good. Check in staff was excellent. Check out lady was not customer friendly and a bit too corporate and unfriendly almost. Kitchen Staff excellent overall... 2.85/5 stars

Bathroom smells like sewer
The hotel was comfortable but the bathroom had a horrible smell. I complained to the housekeeper but I think she couldn’t do anything. I even bought air freshener since I was staying for a week, but the smell was strong. We arrived one hour before the check in time so the receptionist said that the room was ready but if I wanted to go to the room I had to pay an extra $15 euros. So we waited another hour in the lobby. The receptionists are friendly as long as they are not talking to anyone else or coworkers, otherwise we have to wait for them to finish their chat. It doesn’t seem like they were trained to work in hospitality or am I being too picky with ibis? Also, we chose this hotel because it had a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed. There were not decent choices around because the location is very remote.

A safe and clean hotel
The hotel was very clean and about 15 minutes from the airport. We needed a Taxi to get there. The room is very basic, fairly large and very clean, especially the bathroom. There is a small supermarket very close by and some small restaurants. The neighborhood is mostly apartments with some small businesses. Getting to Rome you will need your car or a taxi. There is a bus you can take and then change to a train - which we did not do because we speak no Italian and though it too challenging. The location is safe but not convenient unless you use a taxi or your own car. With that in mind, the price was very reasonable and we were happy.
