clean and spacious rooms with private baths with eacn bedroom.I have two suggestions for host - on the posting please indicate that there is an elevator to rooms. Also indicate what type of coffee maker is available.NOTE - there was no winery experience - hence low review.
The apartment was well kept and clean. The area was pretty great since it had many restaurants nearby. Only thing was the WiFi was spotty and the room further out did not get WiFi because im assuming it was too far. But other than that, everything else was great.
Was graciously able to store our luggage in the room prior to check in to allow us more time to sight see. Was a quiet neighborhood despite being somewhat close to the train station. Was able to navigate around the city on public buses after walking a little ways. Had very little bowls/mugs to eat on. Also had uneven floors so would stub toes/feet often. Loved having a separate bathroom associated and accessed from each individual bedroom.

Liked: Listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Could have been a good stay but communication with host was terrible
Pros: My family liked that we all had individual rooms and bathrooms with air conditioning in each room. The rooms were on the second floor which required a ton of steps but thankfully there was an elevator.
Cons: One of the air conditioning fans in the room randomly blew out a ton of black dust/mold over my familys belongings. I mentioned it to the host and he did not respond or acknowledge the issue. Second, the check-in process wasn’t great, it was hard to find the apartment as the owner sent pictures that weren’t accurate to the current setting of the apartment. There are no numbers just names and this apartment had the name removed. We wasted about an hour looking for this apartment. Host also hit us with a cleaning fee and tax payment, was pretty rude about it and eventually stopped responding to me as I was trying to work with him on understanding why the extra payment for a cleaning fee was required being that the apartment wasn’t cleaned well — ex, fan spitting out black dust/mold. There are also no utensils, dish soap, etc so can’t really utilize the Kitchen.
The location is mid, it is very far from everything. We ended up ubering everywhere as getting to Termini was a 20 minute walk. The location was okay, the are looks sketchy at first and then starts to get better but still wasn’t as nice as we’d hoped for. I would book elsewhere for a trip to Rome.
