We stayed in a quadruple room with our 2 children aged 12 and 14. The room was quiet and suited us perfectly. Staff at check in and at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety for breakfast which is served 7-11. The location was excellent, right next door to the train and metro station, opposite a supermarket and close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Approx a 30 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 40 minutes to the colosseum. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel
We only stayed overnight at Hotel Marisa as we were flying back to Australia the next day. Check in was a breeze and Stefano at front desk was very accommodating in helping us change our room from a double to twin. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size and also very clean. Our room had a balcony which we love as we could open the window and let in the nice breeze although it was pretty noisy with the street noise. Location to termini Tran station was about 5 mins walk. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome.
