Excellent location. Close to everything from St Peter’s, Vatican Museum, Metro Station, Palazzo Altemps to restaurants and shopping. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable. Thumbs up and definitely returning myself!

It was a great stay. First we didn’t read directions so were surprised that its not a hotel but a floor with rooms, owned privately. No one is there to greet you but you text and the owner responds right away and sets you up. The building is next the the wall of the Vatican, same side as the entrance, lived that. Room is clean, linens smell clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if given the chance to come back

Super clean, got great sleep. The location was right in the middle of all the Jubilee year action, so close to the St Anne’s entrance to the basilica and the Vatican museum. Once I was in my room with the blinds closed- silence, all the city noise was gone! It was perfect. The shower was hot, the plumbing was good. The linens were fresh. I got to check in digitally and that was a relief because my Italian is spotty. It was only a couple of blocks to the metro and a laundromat. The elevator is one of those funny European types where you can see the whole mechanism and it doesn’t work if a neighbor leaves a door open- but it only glitched once my whole stay. I felt comfortable and safe.

⚠️ Be very careful with this place! I booked and paid through Hotels.com, but the property never replied to any of my messages before check-in. I even asked them to provide legal proof of being a registered accommodation, but got no response at all. Because there are many booking scams in Rome, this made me feel very uneasy. I also contacted Hotels.com, and while they said they’d reach out to the property, I never received any follow-up or documents. Even when booking through Hotels.com, you might still face safety and legitimacy risks, so please be cautious when booking in Rome! ⚠️ 請務必小心這間住宿！ 我是在 Hotels.com 上訂房並已付款，但在入住前透過網站多次留言詢問，業者完全沒有回覆。我甚至要求他們提供合法營業登記證明，也一樣沒有回應。 因為羅馬有很多訂房詐騙，這讓我非常不安心。我也聯繫了 Hotels.com，他們表示會與業者確認並提供文件，但到現在都沒有下文。 即使是透過 Hotels.com 訂房，也可能有住宿安全與真實性的風險，請前往羅馬旅遊的旅客務必謹慎！

The room was super cosy, clean, well lit and felt recently renovated. I loved the convenient location and the old lift to get up to the accomodation. It was very quiet, I felt like the only person staying there, which was nice. It was very self-service, with staff accessible via Whatsapp rather than in person. Communication with staff about check in, check out and any questions in between was timely, clear and helpful. Although they weren't physically available, I always felt I could reach someone for support. The toilet seat was broken and a glass panel was missing from the shower, but these issues were not insurmountable and didnt detract from the overall pleasant stay.
