The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

The stay was wonderful and so was Beatriz. The neighborhood was a bit of a walk to the main areas of attractions. Bakery right downstairs but the staff was not very friendly to tourists, which is a shame because had they been we would have been there every morning. However, the apartment itself was excellent.

The layout of this place was fantastic, and we loved having a balcony. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and it's run near the bus line that runs to near Vatican City. We felt safe walking around the area, and the bakery below has the best coffee! There was a bit of miscommunication of who was meeting us to let us in, but that was resolved pretty quickly. Beatriz is a great host!

Apartment was excellent, well placed to walk or get a cab, bus ride to all the major attractions. Good local restaurants and stores easily accessible. Bea provided first class information and communication. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Location was great. All our needs met. Street noise was a little surprising but we came to realize that was just Rome, in general. :) Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to buses. We were able to get everywhere easily without a car.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beatrice's property while visiting our daughter while she is studying abroad. Apartment is centrally located near public transportation. Plenty of dining options close by. Beatrice was a wonderful host, helping us with, airport transport, restaurant recommendations and reservations. If we are ever back in Rome we will be staying here again!

Very clean modern apt. Did not prepare any meals but it has a full kitchen. Beatrice you thought of everything including Italy adapters( I dad my own) which shows attention to detail. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Italy, and the Taxi stand and bus stops right down stairs, and a Mc Donald’s.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Our visit to Rome was amazing! The apartment had all the amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Beatrice was very nice and helpful with all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was well located near Vatican City. Thanks for making our holiday so special!

Beatrice was amazingly helpful. From day one check in all through the trip. Great recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The apartment was well located to transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. Spacious apartment was neat and clean. We walked to the Vatican several times. We will be booking again for our next trip.

What a great stay we had at Beatrice’s apartment. She was a text away at any time and always very accommodating. Susan was a great host to check us in at 1230am after our flight was delayed 3.5 hours. The apartment was super clean, easy to get in and out of by car and there was plenty of parking nearby. There is a 24hr coffee bar, 24 hour grocery and many restaurants near by. Overall a perfect resting spot for our week in Rome! I recommend this property to all!

We were very pleased with our stay, the apartment looks just like the pictures. We were a few steps away from the bus line and a grocery store. We had an issue with the A/C and Bea sent someone out to fix it h/the next day. We also had an issue with the TV not working and Bea came and fixed that as well. You will not regret staying at this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Rome. The property was exactly what I imagined it to be, if not better. Beatrice reached out right after booking and was easy to contact leading up to our stay. She graciously offered to have a driver pick us up from the airport for an additional fee. We declined thinking we could find cheaper options, which there were but only slightly. If you want to be worry free and avoid the stress of waiting in lines for a taxi, I would recommend taking the offer. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the apartment which was appreciated. There was a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment and we found they were easy to navigate and pretty reliable. I would recommend staying here to any family and friends.

Communication was great from the beginning. Very helpful. The apartment was great! Very modern and had everything you would need. They even had an elevator which I appreciated. The taxi stand is very close by, which you will learn is very important. Taxis are not easy to come by. Would definitely recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

This was the perfect apartment, tucked away for quiet nights of sleep, but still only a short drive away from the city attractions. We experienced a heat wave, so the apartment AC was perfect to have on when we returned each day. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, all the things. We enjoyed the coffee shop at the corner, and right across the street was a little grocery store, convenient store, McDonalds, ATMs, and many restaurants to walk to. We were able to catch a Taxi at the Taxi stop next to the Apt building a few times, but other times really needed the FreeNow app to schedule a taxi to come. Vatican was walking distance (~30 mins walk away), but we did need to allow at least 30-35 mins to get to central Rome attractions due to heavy traffic and waiting for Taxis. The owner was so nice, very communicative, and helped schedule airport transportation for us - highly recommend doing especially if you are a party of 4+ with 4+ checked bags. Would definitely come stay here again when we return to Roma!

What a beautiful apartment! Very well located and easy access to the Vatican City and Ancient Rome. Beatrice was wonderful and so helpful to say the least. The apartment itself is very spacious and airy. Lots of room and it has been recently renovated , still smell new! We were a party of 7 and we all fitted very well. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Rome. Beatrice (owner) arranged the airport pickup and drop off and the drivers were fantastic! Thanks so much Beatrice! I hope to go back to your place soo
