The front desk staff was very attentive and polite. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops as well as walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

This is my 3rd time in this hotel, not just I don’t receive any VIP benefits, I was assigned to the worst room in the property,,and I was told it is a very nice room, room 110 is absolutely the worst Nowadays, Expedia is becoming a joke, most hotels don’t even care or don’t know what is VIP access Last but not the least, on the second night, I don’t even have bottled water, I went to the reception desk but no one was there, I went to the street and got my water
