The hostal is small but confortable, and building is old, but even around 3 am it was safe. Right across Termini train station, buses and Metro, which absolutely convenience.
Highly recommended.
All in all the location was great and the room was clean!!… although my good jacket was stolen from the room we were able to keep our bags in for the day:(

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room itself was very nice. It was a good size for a single person and would be for a couple. The bathroom is kind of small (especially the shower) but overall is very nice as well. It's extremely walkable to Termini and to other tourist areas (20 mins to Trevi Fountain and another 10-15 to the Colosseum). What is kind of a downside is that you have to go to another property to check in and reach the staff but overall they're very friendly especially the cleaning lady!
Awsome location that was about 4 minutes walking distance to Termini Station. Redecorated and spacious rooms considering the price and very friendly service. Only downside was that there was a weird odor from the bathroom (which was clean and came with very hot water). Located on 2nd floor (3 flights of stairs) but there was an elevator so wasn't a problem at all.

Liked: Cleanliness
It was in a great position for the station, nice local cafés. Able to leave luggage on our last day. Cleaned every day.
The bathroom was small and shower blocked. Aircon wasn't great.
Despite traveling on my own and not being a person of much needs, the overall experience was very poor. I was in Rome for a few days for business. I know Rome very well as I've lived here for several years. The check in was very bad. I was at the property at 6.30 pm to find a locked door with a phone number, where you call but not one responded. A sign clearly shows check in until 7pm, but that's clearly not the case. I was lucky that someone told me that I needed to go to a nearby hotel, in another street nearby to check in. It would be good to say the entrance to the building is dirty the lift is old and looks like you will get trapped there forever, and the street is noisy and dodgy.
Once I finally managed to check in I found a small room with zero amenities, slightly dirty, hair in the floor, dust and a very old bathroom with a mouldy shower.
I guess you have what you pay for. Only positive is the location to walk around, as you are in termini train station, but also the cons that a big station brings in, noise, dodgy people at night and busy days.

My experience wasn’t good, the place was very noisy, the lock on the door seem like it was damaged so we didn’t feel good about going out and leaving our things inside the room, and we couldn’t even brush our teeth because the the sink was completely clogged.
It was the worst room I have ever stayed! The room is located back side of the building and there was a Chinese restaurant under it. Although there was a balcony it was impossible to open the balcony due to the horrible smell from these restaurants from almost 12:00 to 02:00. We had to survive 4 days without fresh air and oxygen in this place! Never recommended waste of money. (The only positive thing was the cleaner lady who gave us the extra pillows thanks to her!)

Terrible place, dirty, no WiFi, lame breakfast!
First the guesthouse is an appartment in a city house in Rome. Strangers can easily go in and out. One day a drunken homeless person slept right in the entrance to the guesthouse. Our room was small, the toilet flush was broken and even though we spent nine days there and told this to the front desk, it was not repaired the whole time. The free breakfast is more like a joke, because you get a cup of coffee and a sweet croissant in a bar nearby. The WiFi didn’t work well. It stopped like every five minutes or we had to keep the door to our room open to habe a constant access to the WiFi. The room was dirty, especially the towels, the floor and the extra blanket we used. The drain in the shower did not work and the bathroom was flooded every single time we took a shower. When we booked the hotel we knew that the area around is not the best, because the hotel is next to the Termini train station. But that was the only good thing about ist at the end. We could easily travel within the city and the suburbs of Rome.
The hotel is not recommendable. We really didn‘t like to come back to our in the evening.
We thought we could save some money but we regret to book this place afterwards.
When I was there to make check in ,, the elevator to third floor where the hotel located is out of order and I hade to carry my luggages there,, the door was locked and no one in the reception. And there is a paper on the door saying if you want to make check in go to the Agiro hotel with telephone number which is not working. No one send information about that in hotels.com or Expedia. I hade to carry down my luggages again to go to other hotel. After I received the keys,, the room is dusty and bathroom is dirty with many spot in the bathroom .
There is no blanket in the room, I hade to shut down the AC because I didn’t want be sick in my vacation,, otherwise I became sweaty because of hot weather.
They left small bottle of shampoo 20 ml that enough for one time shower especially and you need to take shower after every time you’re out. The room service came inside the room just to take the garbage and they didn’t put shampoo or clean the room.
Every night after 22:00 no hot water in the bathroom, when we called them they saying there’s a problem will be fixed after one hour and nothing happened,,but is that possible that the same problem happened every night at same time!!!!!
Not recommended at all,, they don’t deserve the one star but I should put it.
Ottima soluzione in prossimità della stazione centrale. Le camere sono modeste ma non manca niente: per chi ha poche pretese, é una valida soluzione. Posizione top
