Dear Elle, we thank you for leaving your evaluation even if fortunately it is not common to the majority of our guests who appreciate the cleanliness in general, the quiet and tranquility of the place and in this hotel there are no cockroaches, of course being in in a country area an insect can happen anywhere and we certainly cannot be held responsible for the exuberance of other guests who are having fun at 10pm if you went to sleep early because you had to leave at 3am. The cost of transport does not depend on us, we cannot do anything, we wish you the best. Best regards, the Staff

Good morning dear guest. Are you sure you reviewed the right hotel? we have no bolts, and as per the description the rooms are on the first floor (the only existing floor) WITHOUT ELEVATOR. During service hours there is an automatic lift available for people with disabilities or very heavy luggage.

Dear Raul,thank you for spending your time this way, and leave this kind of review.Actually you've got, like all the guests, an automatic message as soon as you've made the reservation about times and rules.You received 2 extra message 3 days in advance and we also tried to contct by all the contacts you gave us.We never had a message or a call back from you.At the end, even if expedia and hotels.com allow us to not give the room to the guest who didn't follow the hotel's terms and conditions you wait only 10 minutes and you ve got the room.Having this feedbacks from ""guest"" like you will not stop us to continue to help the guest and go beyond.We wish you a very good day.
