Perfect location with everything in walking distance. A bit difficult to find the hotel and parking. Look for the door with the sign Hotel Fiore. The room was great but the street noise is loud, a fan would be nice. Bedding not great but towels are.

Giovanni was very hospitable and provided very helpful information about places to see and restaurant options. He provided us a map which was very useful. Location was close to all the sites and walkable distance to everything. Please factor in that Hotel is on the first floor and you need to go up a set of stairs which may not work for everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Great place to stay in Rome!

We had such a lovely trip. Sweet dreams was the perfect location to walk around Rome. Our hotel was clean and cozy and Giovanni was so helpful. He literally mapped out an entire itinerary for us and we pretty much followed it and it was perfect. 100% recommend.

Great and affordable place right where you want to be when you visit Rome. You walk one direction and it is close to Colosseum, other direction close to Fontana di Trevi, third one to the Pantheon. Great barista place right outside the place another plus. We took advance of the owners advice for our walks around Rome. We had planned ahead but with his adjustments it became truly perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Dreams Roma very much. The building itself is full of character and charm. It was sort of disappointing to learn upon arrival that we needed to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, but once in our room it was comfortable. The room was ready early which was very helpful upon our arrival so we could rest before beginning our day.

Sweet Dreams Roma suited us well for this trip, but there were a couple of things I didn't know until I arrived that I wish were more obvious in the booking information. First, Sweet Dreams Roma isn't a full-service hotel. It is more like 4 rooms and a check in desk. The desk is only staffed for a short time in the afternoon by a very cheerful and helpful lady. Second it is on the second floor with no elevator service. If you have bags, you will have to carry them up 35 steps. We were coming off a cruise, so we had large heavy suitcases and we're old. I wish I had known about the stairs and would have probably booked elsewhere. The location is excellent and the windows fairly soundproof.
